Dinner Hours are for Crawfish Only! We are a home-style Southern cooking restaurant offering hearty, made-from-scratch meals in a cafeteria-style setting. We serve breakfast and lunch, featuring classic comfort food favorites prepared with quality ingredients. Breakfast is available from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We also offer a fresh, well-stocked salad bar with a wide variety of options. Guests may dine in or choose carry-out. Delivery is available for 10 or more orders within a 10-mile radius. We look forward to serving you with great food and friendly service. Our lunch menu changes daily and is posted each day on Facebook and our Website at Hotheadzsouthernfoods.

Our experience was completely different from the one-star review. You can truly tell it’s family-owned because everyone jumps in to help, and the atmosphere is so positive and welcoming. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and someone checked on us more than once during our meal. It never felt corporate or rushed — just warm and inviting.
This is TRULY home-cooked food. I’ve never been to a restaurant where I felt like I had just eaten at my mawmaw’s house. We can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu!

Food was great. Little pricey, but you can’t find this kind of food near here. The price of the food in the picture was $52.51. That’s a three meat plate, two meat plate, salad for $4.99 and Two drinks. I like the building and the parking was good.

Great food wonderful folks. Nothing like smiling faces and a wonderful atmosphere. Im from nc had some trouble on the road. Just so happen right in front of the restaurant. Long story short the owner didn’t mind me waiting for a small repair and the food was delicious. You can’t ask for anymore in this day and time. Felt like home. Definitely stopping in when I run this route.

When we walked in my children and I they did great us. The man that was working there playing with the kid in the dinning room continued to play with him and never stepped up to help us with our order he waited and let the one women working finish fixing other plates to fix ours. I guess they been open a few weeks now and are already comfortable with this behavior. When we finally got up there there was no food and what was there looked old and dried out. We have been wanting to try this restaurant out and was excited about a new GOOD restaurant to eat and was very disappointed in the breakfast and would not recommend it. They say give everyone a second chance so we will try lunch one day. FAT BOYS WESTLAKE YOU COULD lEARN FROM!
