I was really craving Hot Heads and happened to drive by this location which I have not eaten at before. I was really happy because they had a drive-thru window so I didn’t even have to get out into the cold. The experience of eating at Hot Heads through a drive-thru is definitely interesting , luckily I get the same thing every time I show up but even if I didn’t they were really clear on what my different options were.

The place was clean! The service was excellent. Fast and polite. Gave me plenty of options and variety. The food was a 5. The habanero chicken with rice and pineapples were off the charts. First time I’ve had this and I will be back!!!!

Tasty burritos, a bit overpriced; but they are flavorful and satisfying.
Ordered the Ghost, southwest ranch, chicken bacon ranch, and jalapeño ranch burritos as meals. Everyone enjoyed their burritos. Service was reasonably quick, restaurant was clean with only minor messes (post lunch rush, the minor messes didn’t detract; staff seemed to remain busy suggesting it would be cleaned soon enough).
Ghost was tasty, but not as hot as the spicy ingredients suggested it would be; probably a 4/10 at best for spiciness. Spicy if jalapeño is as hot as you like, mild if craving habanero or hotter.
Chips and salsa are both really good. Obviously freshly made.

I went in and ordered staff was respectful and kind had to wait they offered a free drink and cookie for the wait I kindly declined and when got the food I said “don’t work to hard” I didn’t mean it to be a dick I was trying to be kind and mean like don’t let stress take over the job and when I got home seen they put a free cookie in the bag. Bro who I said that too I didn’t mean no disrespect nothin but peace n love

Food tasted great.
We had to go back to get the missing side of the chicken. (I didn’t want it in my burrito bowl.) It wasn’t put in our takeout bag.
