If I could give zeros I would have rated lower. My husband and I visited the one in Fairborn near Kroger. We parked and the manager was smoking outside. Went inside, one employee working, but ignored us. Manager walked in, employee asked us what we wanted and everything we asked for we got same response…sorry we are out and will have to wait. Manager screaming and cussing at employee why nothing was made while not doing anything. We left and I am pretty sure neither one of them even had a clue we had left with all the arguing. This is a absolutely never return restaurant to me.

I love me some hot head, I will only go to certain ones though. This is definitely one of them, staff are always so sweet. They are fast, and if you might have to wait it’s definitely worth it. Never had a problem with any of them. Definitely keeps me coming back for more.

Will not be eating at any Hot Head’s any more. They have gotten to the point that they are weighing both your meat and cheese, if it is one tiny square of chicken over on the scale they will pick it right out of your bowl. This goes for the cheese as well. The cost for what you get is definitely not worth it, pay more and get less SMH.

Beyond disappointed at hot head anymore. They nickel and dime you for everything you want now. My simple bowl now turns into 16$ from 10$? A pinch of cheese? One line of sauce? What happened to this place. Will bring to chipotle across the street from now on always until hot head decides to stop trying to rob its community.

Service gets worse and worse everytime I come in. Today’s was really bad. I ordered a big bowl with the shell. And a little burrito. 2 things. The guy puts my small shell in the big bowl. Uses a big shell for the little burrito. Whatever. I felt stupid for ordering. They both Was constantly mumbling about how bad it is. The lady was making noises and faces everytime someone came in. Had no hot head sauce ready. I waited then paid. The guy runs out to my car hollering I didn’t pay. When the other lady had me pay. This was horrible. I felt like a burden tryna get some lunch.

Stopped in for lunch. The service was fast and the food was definitely fresh. Was not my choice to go, but I’m glad we did. Definitely changed my opinion on Hot Head. I ordered a chicken bowl. My husband and I got two bowls, two drinks, a bag of chips and spent $30.
