The burritos are pretty good but the workers definitely need to be trained better. I just got a burrito that has a scoop of beans a few pieces of steak, enough lettuce to be considered a salad, and when I asked for a little cheese she put a whole handful. I got a Little Burrito and mine ended up being bigget than the regular sized one my grandmother got. I felt bad for the girl that took and mad our order because you could tell that she was new but she wasn’t able to hear us when we would try and tell her what we wanted.

If I could give less stars I would, this place has no care for health code, the truck delivered a shipment of steak with the bags torn open inside the box, this happened numerous times, the steak was green and grey and clearly spoiled each time. They served this steak to unknowing customers, I have the photos to prove this. This place is not safe, they do not care.

Food portions terribly small. Just spent $15 on a bowl that was so small that I’m still hungry leaving and will probably hit wendys drive thru. The boss is big on portions here and it happens often that they make very small bowls we won’t be coming here anymore as we used to buy gift cards from here but will now be going to hamilton only where they make nice portions and even add crushed chips for free instead of charging you $1.50 on top of already charging you for queso. This location is super petty. And has a pattern for putting out really small portion bowls and burritos. Hothead is my go2 for food on the go just never this location. It’s the worst. My rice didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl and it didn’t pile high at all. You can see in the picture I’ve added how much white of the bowl you can see. Not exaggerating at all. I’m still hungry.

One of the better Hot Head Burritos you get a large amount of food for a great price I recommend trying the loaded nachos. With the loaded nachos you get to add what you want on there like you do with most of the burrito bowls are burritos with a loaded nachos have chips in the bottom.
