Our food was delicious as always. I usually ask for extra rice, extra meat and extra pico and I have no problem paying for any extra but if I am paying for extra I expect to get it and the employee who took care of us gave us exactly what we wanted. The employees at this location are wonderful and we will drive an extra 30 minutes to go to this location as opposed to the other one closer to us. They make our meals worth the drive and the food is ALWAYS amazing!

I’m not sure what’s going on with the rice here lately? Sometimes it’s nice and soft and fully cooked. Today, not so much. To be completely honest I thought I was eating Little Rock’s. Either the food isn’t getting cooked fully, or mixed to make sure it doesn’t cook half and not the other. Or possibly from working in restaurants the hold times on the food aren’t being followed. Either way for a place that is never jam packed you think food quality would be top tier. Don’t follow down your competitions terrible food quality. Be better!

My 13 yrs old son and I Experienced the worst personality from an old man at this establishment today (01/17/2025. 15:00) My son wanted to try this spot before going to his Sacred Heart sporting event. The server made sure he made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at their location. My son was ordering his food very politely, with manners has he’s brought up to do. The old man literally shunned him off and was talking to another customer that’s already been attended to by the younger server. At the end of making my sons burrito, my son said Thank you to him and he shunned him off again. I wished I hadn’t taken my 13 yr old there to experience that nonsense

Fast n easy to order. Wraps and bowls available. Customer service was kinda short and distant, but like anywhere else, ya always get that one! Everyone always has a bad day and I guess it was a long day for this person. All n all, very nice atmosphere for friends or co-workers to meet up and have a nice lunch or dinner. Family oriented.

I like the chicken protein power bowl. I love the signature HotHead sauce, it’s good on the protein bowl and excellent for dipping tortilla chips in. I wish the would sell bottles of the sauce.

The manager came out from the back to help with the rush. She made sure all my portion sizes were excellent. Didn’t rush me through the line and made sure I picked out everything I wanted. The rice was a little hard, but that is something I’ve experienced at hotheads all over for years! They are known for their sauces, so load it up! She made sure I got everything I wanted. Love their jalapeños & pineapple mixture. I love both chipotle and hothead, but hothead just has that extra yummy with all the extra special tasty ingredients.
Sauces: Spicy sauce for chicken, sour cream, sweet habanero, ranch
They have zucchini & squash & that was a PERFECT touch.
$12 for large bowl, medium queso, & chips! Now that’s a deal!!

I had great customer service by both bree and Nathan. everytime my burrito was so mouth watering I had to wear a bathing suit just to eat it. Much better than the burrito place that named themselves after a pepper, and occasionally has to recall their own lettuce and fills their burrito with empty hopes and dreams … we know exactly who I am talking about
