Everytime I go here I never have any issues. The employees work really quick, the store is always kept in good order and the lines are never super long! You’ll be in and out within five minutes. They have a ton of ingredients that can be used. I normally get a chicken burrito and pile on my favorite toppings! You can request to have your burrito toasted which enhance the ingredient flavors! Parking isn’t hard to find and if you find yourself without a spot there are plenty more right across the street! Definitely recommend coming here and will be back in the future!

When we walked in there was no staff about and when they did appear, they just stared at us. They didn’t seem to know their menu at all either. The power bowl did not have “double meat,” and I had to help remind the staff what ingredients were listed on the menu item. Another staff served us queso using hands with open sores and no gloves. Tiny bags of store-bought chips. Browned guacamole. They also didn’t give us the Sunday deal, which we realized after we left. Def needs some work on service, cleanliness, and freshness. The meal on the whole was not bad, just 3 stars.

Was a great dinner starting with the customer service. The staff were all friendly and patient with my big order of multiple burritos. Wasn’t busy so the wait was non existent. There is loads of choices in the menu that can satisfy anyone. But for them people like me who can be picky you can always make it fully custom. One thing I like is super fat burritos. here they can be super stuffed and still stay rolled. Amazing. They got more than burritos for the non burrito people out there. They got tacos, burrito bows, all kinda options. Definitely a good place if you crave Mexican food but don’t care to go fully authentic. 🙂

I ordered through Uber eats. Every single time I get Hott Headzz it’s wrong. I get the vegetarian so you have an expectation that there’s gonna be vegetables in it since you’re not getting meat. It didn’t have the fajita vegetables in it didn’t have the skillet vegetables and then on top it had some black guacamole.

Well we had high hopes but they literally give you a ziplock bag of chips. How ridiculous can this place be, I paid $7.75 to cheese dip which was supposed to be an XL and only had the option of 3 small cups. I’ll take the drive to Moes. When we walked in we were never greeted, the guy was rushing us when we were looking at the menu. The white rice in our burrito was so over cooked and mushy and the cheese dip was sour tasting.

I have eaten at and enjoyed the Hotheads here in Crestview Fl for some time now. The food and staff are always great. On my last visit I noticed some discrepancies with the pricing for double chicken on the two burritos I ordered. I was charged double for both. To confirm I wasn’t crazy when I got home created the exact same order “for Pick up” from the same restaurant. I posted the receipts below. I realize the $5.75 ish difference may be trivial, but If this can be corrected or made right I would appreciate it. Thanks

Came here on a mini getaway with the family headed to Fort Walton beach. I was hesitant at first because originally I thought that I might be a “bootleg” Chipotle. Thankfully, we decided to make our way inside. The server who made my bowl name was JOSH, and he was amazing!! He suggested things to me that I’d never had, and when I tell you that was the best bowl I have ever had… trust me, it was delicious. Made me forget all about Chipotle and that’s one of my favorite restaurants. We will definitely return before we head home.
