Ordered through the app. Wanted to try the holiday munchkins. They didn’t have them in store. Couldn’t refund me, wouldn’t give me a donut or anything else besides the plain munchkins. Now I have to call my bank over 1.19.

Wanted to leave a review after consistently getting exceptional service and the food and drinks actually made the right way. Always good. Willing to go out of my way to travel further to this one because of it compared to others closer to my home. Whatever this team is doing should be copied at other locations. Not enough chairs inside though.

My favorite place to get my Coffee and wraps, The staff is awesome. When they see me walking in they already start making my coffee and that’s awesome customer service. I want to thank the staff on a wonderful job you all do!!!

We purchase hash browns today and it’s obvious that they were cooked in old burnt oil. They were inedible. Also, the coffee tasted like it had been sitting around for quite a while. I would never go back to this place.

This place must be under new management or something. Honestly don’t know what happened. This used to be my go-to spot if I wanted good coffee and great donuts. Not what I experience last night. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. Instead they gave me a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant but charge me for a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a everything bagel.
And the donuts looked like they’ve been picked at. The donuts were also hard and dried . You would never believe the picture above was supposed to be a glazed donut. Granted this may have just been a night shift issue. But who knows..

I currently live in MALDEN, and this is one of my go to Dunkin’s! If the drive-through line is too long, there’s usually never a line inside or vice versa! They always make my coffee exactly the way I like it, and they have yet to screw up an order! So many times I’ve gone to other Dunkins and I forget things are they don’t make my coffee the correct way and it’s super frustrating, so I just go to this one instead! Love the staff here super friendly ❤️ the manager always remembers my face takes the time to say hello and ask how I’m doing! If you live in Malden, this is the Dunkin’ to go to! Open 24 hours as well

I come here everyday sometimes more than once the staff here remember my order every time and they are so unbelievably sweet! Anytime there’s any kind of mixup they always make it right without a question. This is the only dunks I enjoy going to because they always make my coffee Perfect! The management staff are all really kind people they always make my day! I’m glad those dunks is both convenient and very close to my house because otherwise I’d be Commuting here to get my coffee, no matter how far it was lol
