Yeah definitely won’t be going back! This was my first time EVER at a Hotheads and I was super excited but overall? The experience was just bad. Sad cause taste wise? The food wasn’t too bad. But for an almost $20 burrito to be the size of the palm of my hand and smashed lacking half the stuff on there I asked for and paid EXTRA for? Yeah absolutely not. And the customer service was not any more redeeming. The staff wouldn’t say not two words to me, not a hello or goodbye or even to point me towards the pickup counter since I have again never been there before. They just stared and then ignored. Sad cause I was pretty excited but I think I’ll take my business elsewhere. Don’t go here if you actually want a bang for your buck.

My wife and I stopped coming to this location. Lettuce wasn’t fresh consistently, the music was too loud and service was ok. Today the restaurant seemed cleaner, professional and polite service and the food was the fresh tasting we first experienced here. A massive improvement! We will return!

Employees are very childish. Trying to order a bowl and the kid wanted to play games asking me what I wanted in a childish way that I couldn’t understand. I’m glad the manager thought it was funny. He sat there a laughing instead of telling his employ not to play games. Foods great service SUCKS
