This Culvers is a breath of fresh air. The staff are always warm and welcoming. The food is always great. I drive out of my way just to come to this location. The District Manager needs to benchmark this store for how managers run their teams. Top notch in every aspect. Five stars guys

My son and I stopped by Culver’s for a quick bite, and it turned out to be the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had at a Culver’s. Mike at the front took our order with kindness and professionalism. We decided to dine in, and our food was delivered to our table within 15 minutes. I had the fried cod, and my son had the chicken tenders—both were absolutely delicious.
To top off the great food experience, we met Neki, a crew member on the floor who truly made our visit memorable. She was genuinely kind, cheerful, and fun. Neki went above and beyond by clearing our tray and even bagging up our leftovers—all while we stayed comfortably seated. Her warm personality really brightened our day.
The restaurant’s exterior was beautifully decorated and festive, adding to the overall charm of our visit. Everything, from the service to the ambiance, was exceptional. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience!

Burgers were very good. Comparable to Five Guys in terms of quality, but perhaps better. The fries were bland though. The cheese curds were enjoyable but heavy. Good prices for the portion sizes.

I love Culvers but this was my first time at this location and the experience was awful. I did curbside pickup and the food was 20 minutes late. Everyone in drive thru was taken care of, even those arriving after me, before my order was ready. I had to check inside for the order multiple times despite curbside pickup. They did not include any of the 3 sauces with our order and left off EVERY TOPPING of the deluxe burger. Food was cold and soggy when we got it. Very disappointing and won’t be coming here again.

Ordered DoorDash and picked up the order from here a couple weeks ago. I ordered the cod fish basket and I will never make that mistake again. I was throwing up for hours after. I threw up so hard I pulled a muscle and had abdominal pain for a week.

Nice newly constructed building with some fun skateboarding and Bart Simpson decor. It is a chain restaurant, with Kopps down the road so it’s hard to give it five stars for that reason. As Culver’s go there’s not much more you can want. Fun place when looking to sit and have your custard.

I always go to this Culver’s for my custard. The service is really good, and the young people have great customer service. I love the chocolate custard with Oreos. It’s such an awesome combination. I always get a waffle cone on the side. Such a treat! Keep up the wonderful work!!

Lukewarm burgers. Cheese between the lettuce and tomato. Second burger completely missing the requested ketchup and mayo. Compounded by the staff putting the onion rings and french fries in the bag upside down.
