Girl taking my order kept cutting me off and wouldnt let me finish my order and then vanished. Stood by the counter trying to order additional items and the man came to the counter asking “What?! Do you want more!?!” very rudely. I explained my question and was answered with attitude and disrespect. Contemplated getting my money back and will not return, do not recommend anyone to come to this location.

If I could rate this place below 1 star, I would. We were charged twice for a meal that we never even received. When we brought it to the attention of the so-called “manager,” we were met not with an apology — but with yelling, hostility, and a complete meltdown. This man, who clearly can’t handle pressure, either needs serious retraining or to step down entirely. His behavior was childish, erratic, and downright unprofessional.
He screamed at me and my family in front of other customers — because of his mistake. He couldn’t keep his story straight, couldn’t manage his staff, and couldn’t take responsibility for a basic transaction. If you’re too old or mentally checked out to handle a register and treat paying customers with basic respect, you should not be in a leadership position — period.
And let’s be real: for someone claiming to be “born and raised here,” he showed zero aloha, zero respect, and borderline racist behavior with his tone, actions, and foul language. There was nothing local or welcoming about the experience. Just ego, incompetence, and aggression.
This isn’t just a bad experience — it’s a business that needs to be shut down or completely restructured. Until then, don’t waste your time or your money. You’ll regret it

Fast and friendly service, great food and drinks that are always made to order. Manager and staff are kind and attentive. Always look forward to stopping here when I visit Pearlridge.

Not sure when the lemonade and batter recipe changed but it sucks. The batter leaves a strange after taste in you mouth and the strawberry lemonade is made with strawberry syrup which makes it taste like manolo juice.

First time coming to this store and the manager at the store was very rude. I Asked him for the balance on my car and he gave me an attitude. He didn’t know what he was doing so he played it off and said that he couldn’t give me a balance on my card. Said that I would have to buy something to find out . I also asked him after what was my balance and he said he doesn’t know. I looked at my receipt and found the balance there. I ended up throwing away my drink and balance on the card that I had. Will never return to the store again . He should not be a manager if he does not know what customer service is. Very rude and old.

i didnt even get to try the food lol. Old guy working was so impatient AND ASKED IF I WANTED A SLAP!!!!! hes asked if what i ordered was all, and then i replied “one second.”
he got impatient and repeated “ONE SECOND.” and started to give me an attitude, and when i said “thats it” he asked “card or cash” i said “card”
and then he said with an attitude “NOW You Can Tap!” and i instantly replied “i never tried to tap it before sir, i asked to wait a second so i could check of theres anything else i need to order”
and then he told me not to have an attitude with him (LMAO). and as i continue to Tap My Card It Doesnt Sense The Card AT ALLLL and he continued to get upset with me, ARGUE, Yell back at me, and asked me if i wanted a slap!!!

If you like corn dogs, you’ll like these, and they have a few different options, so there’s something for everyone. They don’t make them until your order them, so they are fresh. There is no seating, so I always go around the corner to the food court to eat.

12/1/2021 I couldn’t post a picture without choosing a star rating so I’ll update my rating later as I didn’t order anything this time. I was excited to see that a Hot Dog on a Stick opened up in Pearl Ridge, closer to me. It’s located uptown, right by another fave, Cookie Corner. Next time I go to Pearl Ridge, I’ll have to get a lemonade & a hot dog!

I was excited to learn there was a store in Pearl Ridge. I checked the time. 5 minutes to six. They close at 7. Found parking, and went in. Got to the store at about 6:15. The girl was helping someone and then after a while helped the person in front of me. Got to the register about 6:20. Tried ordering a fish plate. Was told they TURNED OFF THE FRYERS ALREADY! YOU DON’T CLOSE AT 7, YOU CLOSE AT 6 OR BEFORE! great way to run a business.

Ordered only 2 corn dogs waited a half hour and still my order wasn’t called. Approached the counter and asked where was my food and they said I should have gotten it. They had no idea why my order wasn’t made. Will never go back there and I will be calling cooperate for such lousy service. Especially when workers respond with no care.
