I ordered lobster sauce No fish meaning anything in the ocean… Allergy. After the owner, being very rude and stating “ Lady we don’t do thatt… We have no fish here”… I still received shrimp my order.. While the woman on the phone was very nice The owner was nasty short and curt. Not worth ordering from again. Xing Wang A much better choice!

I believe they changed owners. When I got home and looked at my order, I called them back and demanded a refund. My chicken wings were so small and burnt. I can’t believe that they packed it up and handed it to me. The egg foo young looked bad and the portion was so small. The owner had to come and give me my money back. Awful. Made me mad just looking at it.

Too long a story to write. Not the first incident with them, but it is my last. Will never go back there after going there since they have been in existence. These people are rude. Absolutely disgusting. I should have listened to my gut and never gone back here. The first time, I caught them putting my food into a container bare-handed like it was no big deal — no gloves, no care for hygiene, nothing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but this time was the last straw.
I found hair in my food. Hair. That is beyond unacceptable. Not only is it unsanitary, but it also proves they don’t take cleanliness seriously in their kitchen. Clearly, they have no respect for their customers’ health or money.
I will never order from here again, and I strongly suggest anyone who cares about basic hygiene or quality does the same. Two strikes is more than enough — Bo Wah has proven they’re careless, sloppy, and completely unprofessional.

Ordered from them many many times. This time I order my usual order and no sweet and sour sauce came with cheese wontons. I call and they tell me I have to specify that I want the sweet and sour sauce. Never had to do this. I speak to owner and he is rude and basically told me too bad!!! Hmmmm I will go somewhere else. It’s basic Chinese food where you can get anywhere. They’re loss. Such a shame oh and also no fortune cookies with any order I’ve made for awhile
