Horrible service: They do not know what is in their food. They are not friendly. The order was 25 minutes late and they never apologized for our waiting there for the additional 25 minutes after the 30 minutes we were told it would take to make the order, even though they were not busy (for a couple of appetizers. We would have left but they already took our cash. *They charge 4% additional for credit card payments.)
The place was small and very dirty. I’m surprised the health inspectors don’t close them down. And get this, when I went-in to pick-up the not-ready food, they asked what I ordered. They do not use order numbers or phone numbers or even names. This was very irritating since I was picking up food I did not order; I had to guess what my kids ordered. The woman behind the counter refused to look up my order information.
Oh, and everything is overpriced not only for the area, but for the experience. Never again.

I order a lot and the food is always good never had to complain about it being greasy. It does not take long for delivery no matter when I order. And the owner is always nice when I call. I also go and pick up at the store. This is your typical fast food Chinese store you get in and you get out. They do not have an eat in area so don’t expect to go there and eat. That’s why they only have one table there. Some of the reviews here are a little harsh. I am a person that does go by reviews based on other people but I also give them a chance to change that. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I will continue to do business here until otherwise. Great food. Keep up the good work.

I always ordered my favorite beef mei fun with vegetables.
No.1 The cook is using real rice noodles cooked to perfection… al dente !
No. 2 The beef is super tender and plenty…yet I request a little extra for a dollar amount!
No. 3 Regardless you pick up your food or have delivery, please TIP your order!!! Remember if you picked up or have it delivered you didn’t put the work on making your lunch, dinner etc!
Appreciate the work that someone else is putting into it to make your meal happen.
No, I am not paid or a “known” customer, I order my favorite, I pay and tip. Let me tell you, my meal is always delicious! So…. Thank Horsham Chinese crew! When you cook my food I appreciate it and is fresh and delicious!

Used be fairly decent, but has gone downhill over last several months. Last 2 times, messed up order including forgetting sweet & sour sauce. But worse, was the chicken itself. Both times it’s as if they put in half “fresh” chicken and half aged, re-cooked chicken to the point it’s so dry and hard, literally impossible to eat. Will not be ordering anymore.

This place used to be good. The prior owner/management was better as well as the food. The last two times I ordered the food was under cooked and too salty. Today I ordered a meal (sweet & sour chicken and chicken brocoli). They forgot the sauce for the sweet & sour. I called and I was told they will bring it to my house. They never came. This eatery is only for take-out or delivery only. I started going to this place about a year ago mostly for lunch and occasionally for dinner. Have never been disappointed with any of the dishes I’ve ordered, my favorite eatery in Horsham. People in my office agree it is very good and hot & sour soup is best we‘ve ever had anywhere. Portions & quality are very good and service is friendly. Menu contains lunch specials & combinations in addition to a full menu from appetizers to entrees. Orders are fulfilled generally under 15-minutes. Bon appetite!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I just wasted $20 on the worst chinese food I have ever eaten. This place used to be good and I have ordered from there for years. I won’t be ordering from them again any time soon! They failed to include the white rice with the entree or the condiments. Most of the food was inedible except for the egg rolls, which were OK. The wonton soup smelled so foul when I opened it, almost like burnt grease, and there WAS grease in there, floating on top! I’ve never seen so much grease in food before! I didn’t even bother to taste it. It went down the drain. Very disappointed!

Been going here for years. They forgot part of my pickup order. Got home, opened everything up and part of order is missing. I called to ask them to please credit missing item to my credit card. Woman who answered phone was very obnoxious and could not care about my family and our dinner. She wanted me to bring the order back to prove it. Sharing this experience with all to know how they treat customers. Never going back. That includes corporate business for lunches. Treat customers poorly and they will spread the word quickly. Please don’t bother apologizing.

This happened weeks ago and I have been very upset ever since it happened. I finally decided to let you, as the owner, know how I was treated. The woman who answered the phone was rude and she kept asking someone else what to do and they all laughed over and over again and she continued to place me on long hold times to take “new” orders as our family dinner was ruined. There is no excuse and you, the owner, are responsible for how your employees treat customers. Mistakes happen but how you handle them makes all the difference. We have been a customer since your location first opened. Now we see what that means nothing to you. Don’t make excuses. The food over here is edible NOT GOOD, greasy and salty. You get no smile just a angry asian lady telling you food is ready. You have a dirty table, yes just 1 table and 2 chairs, almost as if they don’t want you to eat there. Well that was my 1st and last time. Never coming back
