Amazing restaurant in Hopkinsville! I had a fantastic dinner here at the Horseshoe Restaurant! The service was outstanding! Very friendly, professional, fast, and knowledgeable staff here to take great care if you! Its a small location so get here early because the restaurant is a favorite for the Hopkinsville locals. I was able to get bar seating without a wait. The bar area had a very upbeat vibe. It is a shared area with the small be efficient kitchen! I decided to sample several options to include the shrimp appetizer, a steak, salad, and a side of mushrooms. Everything was expertly prepared, served hot, fresh, and delicious. I saw many different people dining here and it is a great place for a solo diner, a date night, or a family gathering! I will definitely make this a stop on all of my future visits to Hopkinsville!!!

First and last time I will eat there. Got there at 4:05 pm just 5 minutes after opening. Got seated quick but after that took 15 minutes to get our drink another 20 minutes to get our order taken. Got our salads pretty quick but was not impressed with it. Wasn’t even a fresh made salad. It was a mix out of a bag. Then several other people got seated got there orders taken and got there orders and never got ours. So my boyfriend went and just asked for the check and the waitress never put our order in. Not a great first impression for a place I had heard good things about for years.

We decided to go here after work this evening. I got the NY Strip, baked potato and salad. Food was very good. But the baked potato was amazing! Salad was good and fresh also. I’ll definitely come here again. Place was very small and tight. But again, was worth the visit.

There’s a reason this place has been around since 1969, it’s because the steak is excellent as well as those incredible hash browns. Shrimp cocktail and 10 oz ribeye were delicious too. Chef’s definitely know what they’re doing. Took a while to get seated and waited on, but service was efficient after that. Cady is a friendly and professional server.

its a small place but its been here for a long time and theres a reason for it. they have some great cuts of beef and know how to cook. depending on events like homecomings or family reunion type things, the place can get kinda packed. if anything just call em first.

Been there twice and both times my filet was over cooked. Both times told the waitress blue rare, please tell the cook rare rare.

Food was pretty good! Definitely a local favorite as it was very crowded and loud for a small space. It took 2 hours to get seated. Not sure how normal this is for them.

The outside of the restaurant is unassuming. Inside, it is packed with tables and chairs. Which were all filled with people. Feels like your with family. Our waitress was great.
There were two of us for dinner.
Oh my, this place is sooooo yummy! The steak was so good. I am very particular about my steak, because why pay for it when your dad makes any kind of steak the best tasting steak. WELL, Horseshoe did not disappoint, their steak was so good.
My uncle took me and I am so glad he did. Definately another life lesson not to judge a book by its cover.

The steaks, Ribeye and Fillet, were perfectly prepared, in both taste and temperature. Our server was super friendly and attentive, and the cozy and quaint dining area gave a very honest, local business feel. Highly recommended! Will definitely visit again!
