Love this Burger King, and though the food is a hit or miss at times the customer service is awesome, the cashier always helpful and with a smile on their face.. I have a online account and love being able to use my points and earn points/get freebies with it, they may not always be familiar with it but they try til they get it to work..thank you! You have a loyal customer and I’m sure many others.. heads up, check out getting an online Burger King account, you can get it without downloading an app. Or download, which ever is best for you…the savings make it worth the time to do..5 stars all the way, and thank you for fresh, hot food after a long drive from the hospital and I have read other’s reviews and I’m sure if they write of a bad experience it’s true. But in my case I’ve been lucky enough to hit it right each time. .

Fun folks working here. Stopped in while traveling through. We bought two triple combos for $14.98. Nothing like giving Josh Stein an extra $.98 fee for dining in North Carolina.

The food is decent and service is alright. I like the royal crispy chicken sandwich and Hershey’s sundae pie. The men’s bathroom has no working towel dispenser or air dryer. The eating area is kind of outdated, but the king crowns sitting at each table almost make up for it. I was just driving through and this site is ok if you need a quick bite to eat.

All of our food was cold. Ask for my money back. They didn’t even ask if they could make me a some fresh food. Just give me my money back. And NOTHING was said. No… I’m sorry for that. NOTHING!!!

Ok for a quick bite to eat. No major issues just outdated bathroom/dining area. Unfortunately there was no changing table in either of the bathrooms so that wasn’t great, but the food was good. Could stand a cleaning but again not horrible. Probably better for drivethrough. My older son added, at least they gave us cool toys.

Terrible… would give no stars but it won’t allow. 7 people on site only 1 person working. Fries smell like urine, old lettuce and disgusting tomatoes. Used to be my go to after outer banks but no never again.

This Burger King is beyond gross, and very unprofessional. I ordered two Whoppers and a Kids meal. I witnesses the man making out food without gloves, while texting on his phone. Topping it off I told the girl who took our order who offered no solution or response. Finally, as I’m receiving my food, the female drive through worker out her headset down and said she quits and walks out from behind the counter and presumably leaves. I don’t eat fast food often, and I’ll never be back especially to this establishment.
