Hopscotch Coffee is a lovely, welcoming spot. We ordered matcha and peppermint drinks with brownies, and everything tasted fresh and well made. The staff were genuinely cool and friendly, the space was clean and comfortable, and it felt easy to make good connections and enjoy the atmosphere.
On the positive side, the drinks are thoughtfully prepared, the brownies pair nicely with coffee, and the overall vibe is warm and social. On the downside, it can get a bit busy during peak hours, so finding a quiet seat may take a moment.

Drink was good. I liked their drip coffee better as the latte was pretty much the same you find anywhere else.
Also tried their avocado toast and korean bowl. The taste was unique.
We visited them again as they have decent breakfast options.
Given the price, I felt they have small portions

This place is always such a delight. The coffee is delicious, and they often get pretty creative with their seasonal menus. Perfect place to get breakfast with an egg allergy. The tofu scramble is delicious! Great patio, dog friendly too! We love Hopscotch!

Hopscotch is a great place to be and an important part of the community in Bloomington! They have a delicious cafe drink for everyone, whether you like coffee, tea, or something else altogether. If you need a bite to eat they’ll take care of you with a snack on the cafe side or delicious meals on the restaurant side. The merch is ever changing, fun, and artistic.
With a wide variety of seating options and a plethora of outlets (both indoors and out!) there’s space for everyone. Plus they have a small play zone inside with some good toys for kids, and a huge and comfort pet friendly porch for nicer weather!

Our Sunday morning brunch trip here was… interesting. We had looked at the photos on Google and thought we’d walk in to find more than just standard Menu that was on the stand inside the doors. There was no brunch menu, but they did have a brunch special on the board, so we opted for that. When we ordered, I inquired about coffee and was told to walk over to the coffee counter, where we each ordered a cappuccino. It was quite odd. Also. I’m not opposed to clearing my own table, but for $40 and having to walk from one part of the establishment to the other just to complete our order(s), I was slightly put off, especially because I was unsure of whether I could even put our cappuccino cups/plates in the same bin as our food plates, so walked to the coffee shop area to place them there. It was just an awkward experience, all around. The smothered burrito was ok — it was literally a burrito with eggs and bacon instead of the standard burrito proteins, with enchilada sauce and sour cream, served with a lime wedge and small serving of guacamole. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great, and certainly tasted exactly the way it looked… like a breakfast enchilada. I’m a fan of Mexican food, and breakfast foods, but this combo wasn’t quite what I’d hoped it would be. The cappuccino was good, though.

Best coffee in Bloomington hands down. Their lattes are so delicious and flavorful. The maple vanilla latte and the basil mocha are my favorite. Such a deep but balanced combination! Super fun to grab a coffee and then walk down the B-line. The food is delicious too, I like the BEC esque sandwich. So good!

Not bad. I can’t say I enjoyed the drinks, but they have some really creative options.
The place was packed and is clearly a local favorite. Cute atmosphere and kids area.
I love that there is a restaurant on one side and coffee shop on the other. That’s a fun idea.0

Quite possibly my favorite coffee shop of all time. My first coffee date with my wife was here so it will always hold a special place in my heart. I think the coffee, lattes, and teas are outstanding. The branding is on point and the shop is super cozy. Only things i would change is the location and parking are a bit hard to get to and i wasn’t a fan of the yogurt parfait i got there one time. An amazing coffee shop!

I’m currently a resident artist at Sculpture Trails so I wanted to check out a nearby town and find the best vegan eats! As someone who owned a vegan restaurant, I’m always on the hunt for a place that will knock my socks off. This place is pretty good. I got the vegan scramble and added a side of potatoes to mix in. I also added the vegan sausage. It’s pretty good! I will likely return when I’m back next year. The cashier was kind and this place is so cute. My food came out pretty quickly and it tastes fresh. Definitely an ideal spot to come enjoy a meal, a pastry, and do some work or fun reading.
