Excellent experience from start to finish. I was visiting from El Paso, and this restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. The customer service was outstanding, the staff was attentive, the space was very clean, and the food was exceptional. Credit where credit is due—everything was executed extremely well.
I would also like to specifically recognize and give credit to the employees who worked the afternoon shift on 01/23/2026. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and overall service made a lasting impression.

We ordered burgers, fries, and a shake. The burgers were overly salty and the seasoning overpowered the meat. The fries were dry and tasted like they’d been sitting, not hot or crisp. The shake was excellent and the best part of the meal. Service was friendly and the space was clean. Please go lighter on the salt and send out fresher, hotter fries.

Overall it is a decent place but we were served cold, soggy fries with old queso dip. When we asked for a new order, we could tell the old fries were sitting out for a very long time, likely before we came in because the colors of the sauces were very different. Pretty disappointing that they would serve this to customers. Plus we got both our fries long after getting our sandwiches, after having to remind the waiter, which forced us to take them to go.

This burger place is legit with deep flavors and unique blend of ingredients that keep me coming back for more. The best Nashville hot chicken sandwich I’ve had in a very long time. Wagu beef burger is big enough for two and still I still had room for the awesome fries. Brussels are a bit more shaved than I wanted and have a nice kick. Great happy hour beer prices at the right timing for dinner.

Burger patties lacked flavor/seasoning. I asked for my burger well/no pink because of pregnancy and it still came out pink. The bun was burnt/blackened instead of golden brown and crispy inside. I scrapped some of the burnt off with a knife. All that was super disappointing being a line cook and restaurant worker/owner myself.
Quality matters and so does food safety when it comes to people’s requests and stating health reasons behind it.
I got my mayo on the side but it was forgotten so I had to go ask for it, they promptly fixed the minuscule issue.
My partners burger was soaking wet and dripping down his hands. He ended up not finishing his because it sogged the buns out and covered the plate in lettuce water, grease, and juices. A little is cool but this was extremely excessive
The burgers have shrank tremendously over the years and are pretty small for the price. (As small as a Jr Wopper or the new Big Mac size)Not that I need a huge meal but definitely disappointing watching prices go up and food shrink.
Otherwise all in all it was fine but definitely not the Hopdoddy I used to rave about.

Excellent place with a great atmosphere and really good food. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I sat up at the bar and had my meal. Was taken care of quickly and as always the bartender was extremely helpful and friendly. Has become a regular haunt for me these days

The place is very pleasant, and the food is very tasty on the palate, the meat is at the point where you asked, and the variety of recipes gives you options to enjoy.
The bar has many options to spend a pleasant afternoon in the company of your friends.

Fairly new order at the counter Burger restaurant. Restaurant is very clean as are the bathrooms. Service was very good and friendly. All the burgers we have had there are excellent. The hatch chili fries are very very good. Unfortunately this time the fries were way over salted. Other than that we were very pleased. Recommend.
