Ordered sweet sour chicken dinner with the pork fried rice and I get plain buttered rice or whatever it is. The chicken is rubber and also the pork egg rolls are just cabbage in them and as thin as my index finger. The medina place is better I’ve never had an issue at medina hop hing, hopefully they are not the same owner.

Everything, extremely fresh. You can tell straight away his food is NOT sitting under heat lamps. General Tso chicken crispy and piping hot even after the drive home, much more red and flavor than I am accustomed to. Chicken skewers, perfectly seasoned and tender. Even the eggrolls were hitting the spot, they werent the typical egg roll you generally get at any given chinese takeout. The wrapper was crisp on the outside with a bit of chew underneath and the filling was much more seasoned or herbasceous if you feel me. I always take a bite of the egg roll first and was pleasantly surprised with it and the rest of my meal. My family has been going here for 20 years or more, but something has changed lately and in a great way, had to take the time to give it a good review.

Small four seat eatery/ mainly pick up. Nice people. Amazing huge and delicious filled wonton in wonton soup. I always get a large and sometimes ask for a side of broth. I also get general tso’s shrimp – huge 12 piece of shrimp w rice and fresh broccoli … delicious . Fast and adorable.

Late to review. Staff was very friendly. Ordered szechuan beef, orange chicken, sweet & sour chicken, wonton soup, 2 fried rice, & lo mein. They didn’t give sweet & sour sauce so that dish was wasted. We didn’t like their fried rice, it looked like yellow rice & there was an upcharge. Other dishes were as expected. Portion size of orange chicken was good. Nothing stood out specifically for us to return unfortunately.

Hop Hing has been my favorite Chinese takeout for many years, even after moving a bit further away from it. It’s always been worth the drive. The brown sauce on the Chicken with Broccoli is super delicious. There’s more carrots in it these days but it’s still so good I don’t even mind. Other dishes there are great as well, and in the appetizers the Crab Rangoon and Fried Dumplings are the best in the area.

This place nails it every single time. The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor — you can taste the care they put into every dish. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the service is genuinely friendly. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
The egg rolls are perfectly crispy, the fried rice is top-tier, and everything — from the General Tso’s to the lo mein — tastes spot-on. Even the takeout packaging is done right (no leaks, no sogginess, just deliciousness).
Hop Hing isn’t just another takeout spot; it’s a true local gem. North Royalton is lucky to have it!

We ordered two General Tso chicken and it was not chicken it was all fluffy white filling. The white rice was mushy and the fried rice was white rice with yellow food coloring. This place use to be good and has gone downhill and is basically cheating people out of their money with what they are trying to pass off as chicken. If I could give the food a NO star review I would

DELICIOUS! Great food with little or no wait! After a long day at work, I wanted a hot meal that wasn’t too indulgent. This place was perfect with plenty of vegetables too!

Some of the best Won Ton soup I’ve ever had. The food was delicious. Only wish they had pork in the egg rolls, or better yet a shrimp egg roll.
