I made the order on behalf of my grandmother. She’s a stroke survivor & She’s very peculiar about what she eats and Hoots/Hooters wings just so happen to be her favorite. But since there’s no way to make the request when ordering via DoorDash, she would always have me call immediately after placing the order to ask the staff if possible, if they could give her the smallest pieces they have just because she can’t eat the bigger pieces. They would always say that they would just to get us off the phone, but it seemed like they deliberately sent us the biggest pieces they had versus the smallest. She couldn’t eat any of the wings they sent that order. So when I called back to see what happened because it seemed deliberate, the manager had a very nasty attitude saying that we ordered drums and there’s no small drums and that if we’re so unsatisfied, we’re more than welcome not to order with them again. We had been ordering for weeks, spending so much money. If they didn’t have any small wings, they could have just told us when we first asked that they didn’t have any. We could have tried to cancel the order because we called seconds after making the order. But they would always tell us OK sure, and then send us very large pieces and then get upset when we call back saying that they never had any small pieces. But the manager’s attitude telling us that we didn’t have to order anymore after we had been purchasing for weeks was very hurtful. I haven’t ordered since then, but I felt like this needed to be said.

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at the Hoots Wings by Hooters location in Cicero, IL.
My order was incorrect, and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, Michelle, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she displayed an attitude that made the situation uncomfortable and frustrating.
In addition, her appearance and overall presentation did not reflect a professional standard. Her clothing appeared dirty, and she did not present herself in a way that represents the brand well.
As a paying customer, I expect accurate orders and respectful customer service. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and addressed appropriately. Please let me know how this situation will be handled.

Love coming to hoots, it’s a less crowded version of Hooters. I don’t even have to wait for a table. Customer service is always great super friendly. Clean and organized. I always eat in the restaurant because I believe wings must be consumed as soon as they come out. There’s gaming inside that it can be use while waiting for your food.

Honestly super good. I love the wings and sauce here, the waffle fries were surprisingly good (comparable to Chick-fil-A’s). But this basket was such an awful decision. Why would you give a basket with holes drenched in sauce? The sauce spilled over the entire tray. Why would you not use a box, styrofoam, literally anything that can catch the sauce? Anyways, the staff was really nice about it, and it was delicious, but man… terrible design choice…

I only have three (3) words for anyone considering patronizing this joint… DON’T DO IT!!! Not only is the food “just okay”, but the portions are super small. I ordered the boneless wings there, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement…
Not only that, but they charged me $3.00 for a courtesy cup of water!!! When I inquired about the charge, they attempted to be very evasive, and wouldn’t/couldn’t give me a straight-forward answer. It was a HORRIBLE experience!!! My son was like “this is our only time coming here, right?”
Hopefully nobody else will have the same bad experience we had, but again, I’d strongly advise AGAINST going there… smh

I ordered medium Buffalo boneless wings and all I got was dry flavorless wings!!! Contacted hoots and whoever picked up the phone said there was nothing they can do for me. If you do order from this place make sure your wings are how you want them … idiots had one job.
