I swear I ordered 5 piece chicken tenders and not chicken fingers. These “tenders” are not worth the $15 HONESTLY. As much as I love Hooters to go and dine in, this is the LAST time I’m going to this location because come on… I know damn well they know these chicken fingers are not tenders that are worth the price. I really hate to say this, but this place is going to shit.. Hoping 3rd time around would get better.. but nope. 1st time eating here somthing wasn’t right with the food. Wife and I only ate half of the food.. Gave it another chance 2 weeks later.. food was dry fries was stale, like they been under a heat lamp for 2 days.. by this time not happy at all. Held out for 3 weeks and gave it another go.. Now we are not going any more.. i don’t know if it’s the chef or the food they’re serving now.. but the wings are not the same anymore. The ranch doesn’t taste like hooster ranch and the fries are going to crap.. I ordered a 10 piece original hot. They were dry with no sauce. Wife order 8 piece mild original sauce and the same thingSuper dry doesn’t even taste like wings. We’ve been into two of them and they were super stale. The pitchers would do justice. Customer service is great the last three waitresses have been super nice and very professional with their service.

I don’t know what the hell these are but they’re not Hooters wings. I ordered original style wings (medium) like I always do. There is NO sauce on these wings, they are drier than dirt and the flavor is weird. Hooters you should be ashamed of this trash that you gave me.

We have always enjoyed hooters wings, fish and chips, salads.. What happened? We had not gone for over a year because of poor food prep last time and decided to try it again.. It has only gotten worse. We ordered for pick up, wings, fish and chips, salad. We always ask for our chicken to be fried hard and fish. The fish was soggy and white I had to add it to the airfryer to get a crisp on it. Noooooo seasoning, plain, bland, and stinky.. the wings were not fried hard and flavorless.. disappointment is an understatement. Please get it together Hooters!

The reason for low star rating is not for the wait staff. They have actually gotten better since it was one of the worst customer service Hooters when they opened up. Now you need to be aware that if you pay with cash they will not give you your change back if its coins. The first time it happened the waitress did tell us that they did not have any change and gave us the change except for any coins. so I let it go. Then it happened again another day when paying with cash but this time a different waitress did not even mention anything about not having any coins for change and gave us our change minus the coins. The problem is not the monetary amount of the coins not given back it is just straight out not given the correct amount of change back. This adds up if they are doing it to everyone that pays with cash. Again the wait staff has been good and the food Ok, but that company was never about the food. So I believe the problem is the management. Either they don’t want to deal with coins anymore but they should tell the customers that when paying with cash or they are just straight out robbing people by not given all change back. Nickle and diming people out of their money. Again the service has been good to me so I can not blame the wait staff but what I do is subtract what ever change they did not give me back from the potential tip that will be given. May not seem right but it is what is going to be done. Hopefully the wait staff gets the change that the management keeps from the cash paying customers.

We have been here many times but this time was subpar. We went on a Friday February 6 @ 11pm, wasn’t too busy yet service was lacking. Additionally, my boneless unsauced wings were cold I asked for reheat it was brought back to me with sauce….. like how/why? The server asked to remake them but I declined as we already waited almost 45min for our food & I was hungry. I didn’t eat half of them since I didn’t care for whatever they sauced with. Not sure what was wrong with yall on February 6th but please do better.

We have always enjoyed Hooters sandwiches and chicken strips for our toddler. However, after not visiting for over a year due to a previous poor experience, we decided to give it another try—and unfortunately, that was a bad decision.
We ordered two sandwiches and chicken strips. The food was extremely disappointing. The chicken appeared undercooked, and we did not finish eating it because of concerns about its quality and safety.
The following day, we are now suffering serious health consequences. Even our toddler has been throwing up and experiencing chills and fever. This is completely unacceptable and very concerning.
Food safety should never be an issue, especially when children are involved. This experience has permanently changed our trust in this location.

Another wonderful experience at this locations Hooters this time it was thanks to Faith! She was our waitress and she was kind, bubbly, happy, attentive, and overall pleasant! Food was as always a 10/10 even though they got rid of the honey chipotle sauce Faith recommended the new sweet chili one and it did not disappoint. Will be back again!

We visit often but this visit we were charged for dipping dressing and when we asked why, the waitress just nonchalantly said oh we got new menus yesterday and it’s not included anymore. It would have been nice to mention that before especially since we were not even asked what flavor dipping we wanted. I ordered a blackened chicken Ceasar salad no croutons. It comes out with some and she takes it back..I notice no dressing so I asked for some and low and behold another addition to the bill. The bar did not have the tequila needed for the people’s champ drink .. it was all together a disappointed experience versus prior visits.
I will note the wings were hot and fresh.
