Anyway, the meal was amazing. The chicken was so moist. The mashed potatoes were incredible and the artichoke dip was out of this world. We all loved it and the service was amazing.
I am Danish and I had an opportunity to talk to our server and she had grown up in the UK. It was fun to chat with a fellow European. Though we both feel that we are so grateful for living in the US.
All in all the food was wonderful and we will definitely have to try the restaurant in Las Vegas again because the food was unbelievable good and we really enjoyed it.
The food was the absolute highlight. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of bold flavors. One of the most memorable details was the meal served inside half of a fresh pineapple. It looked impressive and tasted incredibly fresh and tropical. The grilled meats were juicy and perfectly seasoned, complemented by creamy purées and crisp vegetables. You can really see the attention to detail in both presentation and quality.
The drinks fit the theme perfectly as well. Colorful tropical cocktails that were refreshing and fun, matching the Caribbean spirit of the place.
A big plus is the spacious parking area, which makes visiting easy and convenient.
Overall, Bahama Breeze offers delicious food, a vibrant atmosphere, and a true Caribbean escape. A great choice for a relaxed evening, a special occasion, or simply when you want to feel like you are on island time.
The environment of the restaurant is like no other. You come in and you the smell of the food hits you right away. The outdoor sitting area is accommodating.
Now the food that I’m sure you wanna hear about is phenomenal. We had the coconut tacos and the chicken pineapple bowl which was everything I could have imagined it to be. Tasted like it straight from the islands. The coconut shrimp had perfect texture and taste. The breading didn’t fall completely off the shrimp with every bite.
Take it from me if you haven’t had the the experience, to go try it for yourself and see if you agree with. You’ll thank me later. Great place for a romantic setting.
I ordered the blackened Mahi, Chowder, Private label Beer, and Bahama Mama cocktail. Food was excellent. Service was great. Prices are very reasonable. The recipes obviously changed from my last visit a half a decade or decade ago – i.e. Cream based chowder vs tomato based in the past. Try it one more time while you can.
Think of it as a TGIFriday’s with a Caribbean bend. They do have a lot of seats inside and outside, and a cool set of generic Bahama/Caribbean island feel for the decor, indoor water feature, and a lot of staff helping out. The service was ok with drinks (two different people came over to ask about what we wanted to drink), but did miss giving the three of us a set of utensils and a plate (they brought two sets originally… for three people).
Appetizers – The crab cheese dip was ok, but small amount for the amount of chips given. The jerk chicken was quite good, though, solid spicing and whole wings which was nice. The jerk chicken pasta was ok, missed the jerk in the chicken (just felt like regular chicken breast especially given the jerk wings were better flavored). The fish tacos with coleslaw were ok, but the fish pieces were a little dry and the coleslaw overly wet (so it ended up dripping all over). I’ve had better fish tacos.
