Sweat Less Travel
We like the Hooters better than most. The Chicago area Hooters are set apart from those in financial trouble and they are run very well.
You always set a part or visit here compared to other is the service. Yes, you always expect friendly service as that’s their mantra. The servers here though always seem to go above and beyond, and today was no exception. Like a gush all night about our kind and sweet server this evening. People like her make the meal. Thank you, Abby!!

I usually enjoy my meal. Today not so much. Ordered wings and tots. The wings were Luke warm like they may have a sat awhile before we got them. I was a little disappointed especially because it was not too long after they opened.

I went in with my two of my friends two of us is under age and one of us was of age she ordered a drink for herself . Then they proceeded to come to the table with security and ask for our ID after the manager wanted to have us escorted out because we can’t be at the table with our of age friend while she drinks due to our ages which was weird because they let children be at the table with adults consuming alcohol as well so being at the table with our of age friend shouldn’t be a problem I feel like this was very personal because the manager didn’t have a reason to kick us out and refused to talk to us and only sent the security to really do the talking. Mind you we are being calm and trying to figure out what’s going on and all the manager was saying was “they can leave bye bye” very distrusting behavior. At least the security was nice a shame he has to work for a terrible person. Oh and if you have a reservation expect for them to be overbooked and still have to wait. I pray the demons the manager is fighting she gets through it so she stops bringing her personal issues to work and stop trying to make everyone around her so miserable xoxo .

We came here on Saturday with a party of 6. Ordered our drinks and the first three came out. Five minutes later the next drink came out. Fifteen minutes after the original order the final two drinks came out. At this point the four of us that received drinks first re ordered as we were seeing a bad trend already. Twenty minutes later we received our re ordered along with our food.
The menu states the wings are tossed in the sauce. This is not the case. The sauce if you were lucky to have any was in the bottom on the plate and you had to coat them yourself. The mild and medium sauce looked like butter on my friends order. One meal was sent back as she wasn’t happy as the wings were flavorless.
The place was about 80 percent occupied, they should go to Countryside as the service is much better there to learn how to learn their jobs.
Lastly the Chicago Cubs were playing and we were in the bar area table and not a single TV had the game on. None of us will return to this location.

Sadly I haven’t been here in a while but WOW still the same great Hooters!! Food was delicious but above all Roni, our server, made our lunch remarkable!! Very friendly & efficient. She didn’t hover but was always checking in & nearby if we needed something. Kudos to her. She DEF deserves praise from management. TY Roni❤️

Some of the 20 wings we ordered had feathers on them and half of them were tiny! The waitress never asked us if we wanted a refill for soft drinks and we had empty cups! Disappointed in the quality of the food and the service!

We sat at the bar during lunch time… food never misses and our server was great… hadn’t eaten there in a while and ordered the shrimp and it was delicious. Food was fresh, margaritas were great as well

We called to complain about our bloody burger. We spoke with the manager and explained that we spent $70 on our meal, and the burger, which we specifically ordered medium well, came back undercooked and bloody. We even tipped the crew $5 on top of picking up our order.
We told the manager we were only asking for a credit for the burger itself, since we had toddlers at home and couldn’t come back. We explained that we couldn’t just run back out to replace the burger or bring it in for inspection. That was the end of the conversation—basically, they were not going to refund us or give us a credit for the burger. They didn’t believe us, and it’s really sad because now someone is without food tonight.

I usually enjoy coming to this location, which is why this was disappointing. While I was there today, I saw a customer being rude to a girl at the front. She calmly said “Please don’t talk to me like that,” and didn’t raise her voice. But a manager started yelling at her from across the restaurant instead of handling it privately, which made things really awkward for everyone. I know the girl at the front, she has always been sweet and welcoming to my family. It was upsetting to see her treated that way. I just hope situations like that can be handled more professionally

RIDICULOUS!!!
Ordered a chicken Caesar salad to go! When I received it, it looked liked it had been sitting for days and no Caesar dressing was included! It says on my bag “Ordered verified by Brooklyn”…she’s not too good at her job of verifying orders! I definitely will not be ordering from this location again & from what I’ve seen in the reviews, I won’t be dining in either!
One star is one too many!
