Isn’t this a newer build Hooters? It was so run down looking. I ordered to go and when I got home I had no dipping sauce for my wings. They never even asked me what sauce I wanted and it was dead inside when I went around 3pm. The wings hardly had any Buffalo sauce on it too, they were dry as hell. The coleslaw tasted old too like it had been refrigeratorated with other foods, has a weird taste. I ended up throwing most of it away, I was already home so wasn’t going back, but what a waste of money. Didn’t want to waste more of my time going all the way back to return that garbage.
I also ordered to go and a lady came in 10-15 min after me to order to go and she got her food before me. All I ordered was 10 wings and coleslaw, that took 20 minutes to make at 3pm when there was hardly anyone inside. Never going to this location. I’ll stick with the Lombard location, never had an issue there before.

I feel like it was very unprofessional we got there around 6 o’clock & ordered our food.. it took 2 hours for us to receive everything. Then at that I asked for all buffalo boneless wings but some of my wing’s tasted like they had barbecue mixed in them. I then proceeded to ask for a cup of barbecue sauce for my fries(which I never received). And what really got me is the waiter had the nerve to add the barbecue sauce to the tab WHEN I NEVER RECEIVED IT.

Service was terrible. Food came extremely late and wasn’t fresh by the time we got it. Daytona wings were the worst because they didnt make them right. All the sauces were extremely thick and the wings were really small. Our waitress “Candy” wouldn’t stop twisting up her face at me anytime she came to our table. Anything we needed we had to ask multiple different workers. My onions rings look and taste like they came from the bottom of old burnt grease. I shouldn’t of tipped or took the food but we were starving and got to go boxes immediately and left. They even held us up on leaving with not giving to go cups and collecting the check. Here are 7 pictures of the foodand check from the worst hooters I ever been to not she charged me for other peoples add ons at the bottom.

The “Ladies” are the last reason I like Hooters, I’ve always been a fan of their Wings and selection of Sauces. Plus, curly fries!!??!!?? Curly fries aren’t just tasty, they’re Awesome! LoL
Every Wednesday Night, growing up, we would order 100 Hooters Wings for our little family night get together. It was Always something I looked forward too.
I haven’t had Hooters in about 6 or 7 years, so I decided to take the 30 minute extra drive to treat myself. Upon arriving to this location I was excited, it’s in a big modern clean Plaza like place with other businesses flourishing.
I found fast easy parking literally in front of the the restaurant.
When I approached the front door I could automatically see gross stains crusted on the silver handles.
It was, in my strong opinion, some sort of wing sauce that a previous customer had left on their hands…but it wasn’t on the exiting side of the door handle, it was as I was Entering the restaurant.
Once inside I walked directly over to the counter that holds the stores merchandise. I wasn’t greeted or welcomed by any means.
After standing patiently and looking for someone to assist me in a takeout order, I opted for going over to the bar and looking for faster service.
An emotionless woman with no personality or social skills “axed” me what I want…. I placed my order and paid immediately, being sure to tip so my to go order didn’t get ignored or neglected due to it not being a money maker for the server.
The food looked Amazing and Tasted Great. My salad was fresh and crisp, my wings were crispy and saucy at the same time!!!!
As for the restaurant itself;
Ghetto and Dirty.
Bathrooms smelled super funky, no paper towels, and some minor graffiti on the walls.

Order $70.00 worth of food. Mess my order up. Tried to call to fix order and phone will not even ring on their end. Kept disconnecting me during the call. Waitress was great but the food was terrible. Poor service when you came to call to try to fix your order over the phone & answers the phone. No one has money to waste on poor food.

First time visiting/eating at a hooters and the chicken Sandwich I had was probably one of the best I’ve had in awhile the curly fries were a good compliment alongside it, I got the legendary Rita with a sugar rim which was strong got a nice buzz off of the drinks, my waitress Mia was nice and welcoming. I’m looking forward to visiting this location again when I can

First time at this hooters didn’t have a great experience but decided to try them again. I got there at 9:30 pm (they close at 10) I got the dirty look since I guess I was walking in too late! They took FOREVER to take my order and when they did bring it my wings were burnt….. I told them they were burnt and didn’t taste good. Didn’t offer to get me more wings nor received an apology. All the waitress asked was if I didn’t want them so that she could throw them away. Last time at this hooters!
