The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star is because of the very limited options for me personally, and others that have celiac disease. Other than that a great establishment. Lemons my server was wonderful and the food I had was amazing. Oysters…yes Oysters is a must have. So i was trying to have Naked Wings but since they are put in the same fryer as the breaded so I wasnt able to have them. Instead the grilled chicken breast for me and that was really good. Haven’t been to a Hooters in a long time and hope that even though they did a menu change, that they add more GF options as maybe just adding a second fryer for the naked wings.

The food was great. Service was good. The waitresses were perfect. They didn’t hound us for money. They did their job and they were very personable and the ladies in this picture deserve to be on the magazine because they’re beautiful, intelligent, and they truly know how to serve and take care of their customers.

Waited at the front of the restaurant waited to be seated for about 15 minutes I end up calling in to get someone to come to the front to seat us after I asked should we just seat ourselves. Somebody finally came to the front and we ordered our food sangria was watered down they claimed it was the last cup, cheese sauce never came to the table but we got charged couldn’t find our waitress to check out bad experience. Also no guards for the toilets… SMH in the bathroom Understaffed DO BETTER!

They changed the menu’s!! Took some stuff away and added a few things. I was a big fan of fish tacos and now NO tacos at all! I’m sad. Here’s the paper they posted on tables.i hope they dont lose customers for this but i feel they took away alot.Still have good shrimp tho which is another favorite of mine they left alone!

The Premier Sports Bar in Portage! A shout out to Nicholle, Kayla, Andi and Aurora! The Menu is back to the Original Hooters Menu. The food is still exceptional and the service is always on point! Always!!! I Love the Clam Chowder!

I’ve been coming to this Hooters for years, but sadly my last visit was very disappointing. I ordered the original wings with mild buffalo sauce, but they came out dry with no visible sauce. After sending them back, they returned with a thin, watered-down buttery coating that had little flavor or spice. When I asked about it, the waitress casually said it was a “new sauce” corporate switched to.
I tried to eat a few but they were so bad I set them aside. No one followed up, offered to replace them, or provided any kind of credit. Service recovery was nonexistent. The fries were also soggy despite asking for extra crispy. While they did remake them, they came out long after the rest of our food was cold.
After looking into it, it seems this change in sauces is a cost-cutting move tied to the company’s bankruptcy. That may explain things, but it doesn’t excuse the poor quality and service. At a time when the brand needs to win customers back, the food and experience have gone in the opposite direction. Very disappointing, and unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I grew up hearing about Hooters from watching the TV show ‘Married With Children’. I never went to visit until my son’s 25th birthday. He wanted to go and have some food and drinks with his mom and dad. This particular location was very busy and very crowded. We arrived between 6 PM and 7 PM on a Saturday, (probably not the greatest idea but we were hungry). We sat at a bar level table not too far from the bar that had a game playing on the TVs, and our waitress arrived shortly after we sat down. The issue I have is that the tables around us had not yet been cleaned off and I know the table we were sitting at wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been cleaned because it felt sticky and there was still food on it. I understand it’s a busy Saturday night and it’s crowded so you gotta move quick but the tables were dirty for well over 10 minutes before someone finally came to clean off the tables. Who wants to order food with dirty tables around them? The bathroom wasn’t that clean and there were some used paper towels on the floor.
Anyway, it didn’t take long for us to get our food after we ordered our drinks which was good. Of course the waitresses were absolutely gorgeous. After we were done eating and waiting for the bill, a group of loud teenage boys came in with McDonald’s and sat down to eat. They actually were allowed to come in Hooters with McDonald’s. Overall I liked the food and the atmosphere, but I probably won’t be coming back because my son and husband could barely focus on their food because of all the beautiful waitresses.

First time at a hooters. I heard great things about the food. First impression walking in was that there was noone but the bartender up front. Nobody was watching the door. Me and my partner and a few tables after us had to wait a while to get sat. This wasn’t due to them being busy because there were only probably 5 total tables sat. There was plenty of staff but they were all hanging out in the back. The drink was supposed to be a Mango frozen margarita. I’m not sure if the blender needs sharpened or they need a new one but i couldn’t get the ice chunks through my straw and ended up only getting half a drink. The tator tot appetizer was the highlight of the meal. The wings were good but nothing to brag about. The server was great though. And the bathroom was just gross. Overall I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit Hooters again based on this visit.

Had a great time for a birthday party. It would have been nicer if the food came out a little quicker. Some of us were done eating before others even got their wings.
