I’m posting this view about a visit from 3 weeks ago and I’m posting it because it still bothers me to the point that I felt like I needed to post this. My family came in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and once we were seated it took about a good 7 or 8 minutes for a waitress to come over to greet us even though we watched as a huddle of 6 of them were just standing around and talking and even the manager had come out and talk to the group of servers but did not direct anyone to go towards our table. We ordered 20 wings and requested all Flats. The server came back to the table and said that because they didn’t have enough Wings they couldn’t honor the all Flats request. This really bothered me because not only was this a Saturday at a Hooters but this was Championship Weeknd for the NFL and there was plenty of college and pro basketball being played so one would think that a Hooters would be well stocked with everything that they would need for a weekend chock full of sports. I sent the waitress to see her manager about the situation. Ultimately they gave me a few extra flats and did not charge me the fee for all Flats but I still find this situation to be utterly ridiculous. It was also disappointing that the server brought out our tater tots well before the wings came out. They were soggy and underdone and also ice cold by the time the wings arrived. I’m not trying to be mean when I say this I’m trying to give constructive criticism but it seems like there’s a case of the inmates running the Asylum– there needs to be better management. I understand that a large amount of their clientele come for the waitresses and the outfits but I honestly enjoy the Hooters wings and most times I actually just pick up to go orders but what I enjoy most about a restaurant is quality service and quality food and I think most people would agree with me on that. Please do better Hooters

Serena did a wonderful job serving us as we sat at the bar for a nice casual relaxing afternoon. Unfortunately a patron who did mention he was 38 years old couldn’t carry on a conversation because he had to use the “F” word like he was an 18 year old. We enjoy Hooters wings. We will have to seriously consider coming back if that how our dining experience will be.

We waited over 15 minutes for our drinks, a water and a half tea & half lemonade. The waitress took the table’s order that had been seated after us. At most, she said 4 sentences to us during the duration of our visit. After my husband’s wings were brought to the table, I had to wait another 20 minutes for my shrimp to be brought out cold.

Hands down this is one of the cleanest and well run Hooters I’ve been to. Every employee I encountered always had a smile and was very helpful. The atmosphere, drinks, wings and food were all awesome. Highly recommend going to this Hooters….

We have been to Hooters many times living here in Naples and we enjoy our experience every time. The waitresses are very friendly and understanding, even with large groups and at late times. The food can vary but for the most part you get what you expect or even better. Overall, this spot is a classic with reliable food and service for those who enjoy Hooters and its vibe

Food was ice cold. Manager Shannon was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of making things, right? We had an autistic child there was discrimination against the child and New York accents. They threw us out of the restaurant for no reason.
Wings had no sauce were iced cold, horrible
She threw the checks on the table before we were even done. Eating and said you’re not getting anything else. Get out and pay your check.

Wings are spectacular, beer is perfect. Service is really fast restaurant was pretty full and anyway our order was pretty fast, Natalie take care on us she was courteous and professional. Perfect place to see any game.

I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience at a Hooters location in Naples, Florida, which occurred while visiting from Boca Raton to celebrate my son’s birthday.
Upon arriving, we encountered an older, short female manager whose behavior was arrogant, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. Her conduct created a tense and uncomfortable environment that was completely inappropriate—especially for a family setting with a child present.
I remained calm and focused on comforting my son while observing the situation, but the manager’s behavior escalated to the point where I no longer felt comfortable remaining in the restaurant. Ultimately, I had no choice but to remove my son from the establishment to avoid further distress.
This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, particularly given Hooters’ brand standards and expectations for customer service. I respectfully ask that corporate management review this incident, address the conduct of the manager involved, and ensure that staff—especially those in leadership roles—are properly trained to handle customers professionally and respectfully.
I hope this matter is taken seriously so that other families do not experience a similar situation.
