Honestly I don’t even know where to start. We arrived just the 2 of us excited to eat Hooters at 9:40pm on a Thursday night after driving 6 hrs. We ordered drinks and it took her 30 min to bring it and my drink was wrong, she apologized and came back 20 min later with another WRONG drink. She said it’s not her night and she will bring me the right one a simple Margarita. So it’s 10:40pm and she finally brings me the right drink and the food. Omg the food as you will see in the picture came super cold, like bun was frozen, the mild sauce spread on the bun like what in the world is happening. My husbands wings were cold my sandwich was frozen, I asked to speak to the Manager and the Server came back and said my manager is ok for me to remove the food from the bill. Like seriously that’s not even what I asked. THIS IS WHY HOOTERS ARE CLOSING, if you can’t remember a drink and to have the kitchen staff actually cook the food maybe people would come. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. Never again.

Under new ownership. They are open. However, I got 10 Boneless Wings Mild and they were terrible the new sauce just tastes like I’m eating oil they are very hard to eat, so I would not order any of the new ”Butter Based Sauces” if you want a great experience. On the other hand my server Jannice was very friendly and made the experience great.

This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had at any restaurant before. From the moment we entered the restaurant until the time we paid the tab and left. When we walked in to wait to be seated, 3-4 servers walked past us and didn’t acknowledge us. We finally got seated and waited another 10 minutes until our “actual” server came by and told us to give her 5 more minutes. Didn’t even offer us waters or anything while waiting. Another server came by to tell us our server was tied up and finally asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered a Bloody Mary and Margarita and two waters. The waters came out first of course but took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Our “actual” server finally came back and asked if we had ordered our food yet which we had replied no. She took our food order and appetizer order. After she placed our food order, she went and sat down in the booth right in front of us and started eating food and drinking with them. I found this extremely unprofessional as I used to be a server. There is no way this would fly in any restaurant I have worked in. Server finally brought our appetizer out to us. I have no clue what her name was as she was NOT wearing a name tag like the other servers. She stopped by once to ask how the chips and dip was. She then went back to sitting down at the table in front of us to eat food and talk. As this happened I watched two men come in and wait by the hostess stand. She didn’t get up to greet them or anything. The two men seated themselves and when they DIDN’T sit in her section she did a fist pump after she got up from the table in front of us to walk into the kitchen. Finally our food came out and she brought it out to us. My dad and I both got a grilled chicken sandwich with curly fries and I forgot to ask for mayo on the sandwich after our server had walked away. I tried waving down our server to see if I could get some mayo at which she held her finger up and told me one second. I saw the manager finally come out of the back and talk to another table that was sitting two booths down from us. She continued to look at what they were saying since that was her table, and there was another girl just standing around at the hostess stand completely ignoring me. She finally came back after another 10 minutes, and I asked for mayo at which it took her 10 seconds to grab two packets of mayo for me. She then continued to sit down at the booth in front of us and continue talking and eating her food. The manager walked out again and saw her sit down at which she turned her head to the side and then got up and walked the other way once her manager saw. The only good thing I would say is the food was good and the drinks were good. However, our service was the WORST service I have ever had at any restaurant and was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone wanting good fast service.

I ordered delivery. The wings came extra crispy and were good. I asked 42 sauces and only got one. I also ordered curly fries.Extra crispy and they came completely undone and definitely not krispy at all.

Staying at hotel nearby for work and came in two different nights for dinner with my coworker and his wife. Food was excellent, service was terrible. The waitress pretty much never checked on us if we needed anything and when I finally got her attention to order more drinks and other things, she needed to be reminded to bring them to me. Just a bad experience. Atmosphere isn’t great either.

This was by far the worse experience from any restaurant I have ever been to. The waitress didn’t know how to place my to-go order nor was she able to use the computer to put it in the system, so I helped her navigate. Then, it took 40 minutes to receive my food and it wasn’t correct. The fries were cold and the main ingredients on the burger weren’t there, so clearly, the cooks don’t know the menu. It took an additional 20 minutes to get my food replaced, and management was too busy flirt with customers for tips than addressing customer service issues. Will never return to this location.

My wings and Guinness were excellent. Waiting for help a little bit longer than should have been for refills and dinner. Not much attention from hooter girls, but I went to eat something. The place was nice and clean. Would return some time.

I HATE to leave bad reviews but Im hopeful management will see this and talk to the staff. My husband and I came in after a long day excited to sit and eat and this visit was honestly disappointing from the moment we walked in. When we asked the (hostess?) if we could sit at a high-top in the bar area, the she didn’t say a word. She looked super annoyed we were there. She grabbed two menus, walked to a random table outside the bar area slapped them down abruptly, and walked away without saying a word. It was so unclear whether she was actually seating us that we stood there for a minute trying to figure out what was happening.
When we finally sat down, we were excited to see a drink on the menu that we’d had in Florida and havent been able to find anywhere here. Before we could even get settled the same hostess/server who greeted us came over, threw a napkin on the table and abruptly told us they were out of them. We tried ordering something else and she came back again to say they were out of everything except White Claws. We decided to wait on getting drinks at that point. Server looked annoyed again, walked away and no one came back to our table for several minutes.
Between the rude greeting, lack of communication and being left hanging without any follow-up, we ended up getting up and walking out. This isn’t the first time the service has been off here. It’s unprofessional, inattentive and there is zero sense of urgency from anyone working there. The wings and buffalo shrimp are genuinely great but after multiple visits with poor service we won’t be returning to this location.
I waited tables as a side gig for about 15 years. The servers at this location could make so much more money if they were simply more attentive and welcoming to the guests who come in. Basic customer service and courtesy would go a long way.

First time eating Hooters. got it to go. Burgers are delicious and flavorful . Prices are high, but it’s worth the money. My burger was huge, as you can tell from the photos and made just the way I wanted it.
