We’ve been here 3 times in the last week. Twice for dinner and once for brunch. So far for dinner we’ve had the filet mignon, arctic char, beef yaka mein, chili and cornbread, winter orchard salad, and the proper chef salad. Our favorite has been the beef yaka mein. It’s a flavor explosion for your taste buds. Can’t say I’ve ever had anything like it. For brunch we had the steak and eggs, breakfast tacos and the cinnamon roll. Do not skip the cinnamon roll if you go for brunch. Drip coffee was average and could use some help. Maybe we’ll try the French press coffee next time. Oh and if you go for dinner you have to get the chocolate tart. It was delicious and much better than the spice cake.

Very excited I had the opportunity to try this place out! Food was delicious. My filet was so tender, it practically melted in your mouth! I also really enjoyed the Brown Sugar Creme Brulée.

Excellent brunch! Member in our party had the steak and eggs, another had the breakfast tacos ranchers, and I had the power wagon double burger with duck fries. Bloody Mary bar and bacon flight for starters.

We had brunch here and it was amazing! I eat gluten free and they finally have a gluten free bun. I have to say the revenge burger was one of the best I’ve ever had.
Also props to them for a quieter atmosphere than 110 had. I love being able to have a conversation without shouting!

My husband and I were lucky enough to enjoy Hoosier Proper during their soft opening. We were extremely impressed by their welcoming staff, delectable entrees, and yummy desserts. I would highly recommend this restaurant for all looking to enjoy a very good meal.
