The owners of this restaurant were the nicest and came and conversed with all of their patrons. The smoked chicken wings were really good and flavorful. The waitress Emily, was super nice and friendly. This atmosphere, the food, the people were really inviting. You should all check it out.

Tried Hooligans for the 1st time with a couple of friends. Had the Brisket sandwich and it was great. Really liked that we could watch some college football and it was not too loud. Service was really good. We will be back for sure.
