Stopped in and everyone was super kind and helpful. Food was ready to go as soon as I ordered so much faster than I anticipated. Chicken was delicious and very moist. The fries were average at best and the rice was OK. The serving size was massive and I was unable to finish the plate. The staff took cleaning very seriously and the already clean dinning room was cleaned again while I was there. All in all a very good experience and I would go again.

The chicken was good, the portions were generous. The yuca was okay just okay. Rice was good. The price wasn’t bad at all I got a whole chicken, 2 late sides and 3 canned sodas for $21 the only thing is the sauce had no taste to them and they were watery. Oh yeah the other thing I like about this place was the employees had a good system to get the lines moving and food out.

Worse customer service ever. There was at least 5 workers standing there. No customers were there. I was the only one that walked in and no one greeted me. It was almost a staring game. I had to ask who could help me.

Sadly this restaurant has declined!
The flavor of chicken is awful, the plantains were cold and the yuka was stale not crispy
The yellow sauce is watery super tasteless
Sad
The staff was nice otherwise I would’ve rated one star

My top spot of Peruvian style chicken in the area. Half chicken with 2 sides and a drink is a great option and very well priced. Generous portions and everything is well seasoned and cooked perfect. Quick service and good location make this a perfect lunch stop.

Best authentic Latino Food spot in the area, I try a lot of local spots in the DMV and I have to say this has been at the top of GO TO list I’ve become a regular

Dry chicken and and dry yucca fries. The beans were more impressive than the chicken. Chicken is in the name of the restaurant. They had one job … one job … make good chicken … and they failed. Please save your money and go somewhere else for your Peruvian chicken. Thank me later!

Unfortunately, I’m seeing a common thread in the reviews. My experience was not different. This place used to be great, but our recent order was incredibly underwhelming. They got our order wrong- asked for two yuca sides and they gave use one, asked for extra white sauce and they gave us two, leaving only one for each of us. The yuca we did receive was soggy and not at all crispy. Like it was the leftovers from the day even though we ordered during dinner time. Definitely will be finding a new Peruvian place.

Sheesh, this is going to be rough. I wasn’t sure if I caught this spot on a bad day based on others reviews but when I went, the short manager with the baseball cap was micromanaging his staff. The chemistry seemed off and it was awkward. More staff walking around oddly than business (I was the only one in there until my order was complete). The green sauce had zero flavor and was absolutely watered down. The chicken didn’t have flavor although the white rice (which had a slight tint to yellow) was flavorful and the quantity was plentiful. Would I go here ever again, probably not even if you paid. I got a combo that was pictured on the wall and was sadly informed that I was charged differently so I wasn’t entitled to a canned beverage. Never again, I’d rather pack a PB&J for the ride and save my coins.
