Hooks seriously sucks. their service, the people, and the FOOD. My boyfriend and I tried going there for the first time a few weeks ago, and everything was covered in salt. Not good at all! We threw everything away we got and left a report. We went through the drive-thru; homegirl was very short and so fricking rude. I don’t see us going back there at all, and I don’t recommend going there ever again.

Absolutely loved this place! The wings were perfectly seasoned and crispy, the gizzards were cooked just right, and the fish with fries was fresh and delicious. Everything came out hot and flavorful. Leslie and Mabel were FABULOUS—so friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. You can really tell they care about their customers. Definitely coming back!

Hooks never disappoints! The food is perfectly seasoned and always served fresh, made to order. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. This spot is a hidden gem! The food was amazing—wings full of flavor, tender gizzards, and the fish with fries was cooked to perfection. Portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. Had another great experience at Hooks in North Fort Myers! The food is always delicious and served hot every single time. Ahmed and Monta really know how to cook — everything comes out flavorful and fresh. Alejandra also provides awesome customer service and always makes the visit even better.

Got the onion ring they were amazing, got the clams tender and delicious and shrimp and fries always excellent. Had a passion fruit and mango drinks so good . They are consistent with their food everything done perfectly and enjoy it Everytime we go. We are lucky to have them in North Fort myers.

I really like the food here! You get big portions, the fries are delicious and it’s affordable. But what I really want to point out is how hospitable the team is! Everyone made me feel so welcome and they were really quick too! I want to give Tiara a shoutout because she blew me away with how sweet and personable she was! We came through the drive thru and Mia sorry if I spelled her name wrong lol but they forgot our cheesecakes but they where so nice about it and we came back and they gave us something to drink to make up for it !! Awesome customer service and even though they forgot our cheesecakes !! Mistakes happen and they were busy but helped us right away when we came back!! I work in fast food and the customer service was on point tonight and everyone was extremely nice !!!

Great service thought I lost my online order called up there they didnt have it told me to call back in a sec, it was busy you could hear her doing all kinds ofother things in the background but kept her cool with me never rude got off the phone with her, then not to secs later she said my online order had came tru #1 service in my book ohh and the passion fruit juice is delicious.. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for making our girls date night always perfect!! A+ ❤️
