So tonight I was told that my dinner would take 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I went to the window to ask how much longer it would take. I was informed that it would be another 40 minutes. An hour additional wait for me was just not acceptable and I asked for a refund. Meanwhile I had wasted the majority of my evenings free time. I won’t be going back. I don’t know about you folks but I value my free time after work. While I sat frustrated, i ordered a deep fried turkey sandwich and curly fries from Arby’s and in the 5 minutes i spent driving there my order was prepared, hot and delicious. I call that professionalism. You would think these people would invest at least a small amount of their profits to purchase adequate equipment to provide for their customers needs.

I made a quick stop for dinner on my way home. Got the chicken teriyaki and a large taro tea. Within 10 minutes my buzzer rang and I was enjoying delicious food. Their pasta side dish that comes with the meal is so yummy. I love this place!! Will be coming back so my husband can try next time!!

Man I liked going here. But honestly after seeing the way the owner treats customers after they request something to be fixed I can’t say I’ll ever spend money here again. It’s not the first, second, or even third time I’ve heard of the owner being a complete jerk to customers. Learn some humility dude, and some class. Your food isn’t all that great anyways for you to be acting all high and mighty.
Edit to respond to owner: this attitude is exactly what I mean. So glad I won’t be back and the office I work at won’t be back either. 🙂 be nicer, it helps business! The PROOF is in the pudding, the responses you leave are disgusting and I pray you learn your lesson one day!

My wife and i have been going here for almost two years, and we are never unsatisfied with the food or the service. The owners and operators of this teriyaki hut and some of the nicest, down to earth people i have ever met. and on top of that i have seen them spend their own off time and money to feed those in need. i love everything about this place. hands down best teriyaki i have ever had. keep up the good work and bless both of the owners. you have made us customers for life!!!

Delicious! It’s a food truck but it’s worth the wait and price! The only think I didn’t care for was the drink I received but only because I thought it was a red bull blast (it had red bull in it) but was also a smoothie and had boba. If I had realized that I wouldn’t have bought it, but that was my mistake. My husband loved it though!

We waited over an hour, just to go up to hear they never started our order. They were then out of tapioca for the bubble tea we ordered, and did not offer to do a single thing to make it right. I was so excited to try this place, but the customer service ruined everything. Extremely disappointed and will not be back.
Update: and due to the response from the owner is the bad customer service that i was referring too. It is sad. The food was good. But when you treat customers like this its devistating. I wish i could recommend this place but i will be sharing the bad response and customer service that was delivered. Sorry that you are so upset by what you provided. That is on you.

They messed up my drink and when I asked them to remake it the dude was very rude and literally just watered down the drinks I returned and gave them back to me. I wouldn’t doubt he spit in it too. Edit to review because of response- I have spent over $400 on this place and the way the owner talks to people is disgusting, as seen in his response. If you have to ban someone because of an honest, bad review, your business is not going to last long. I will never recommend this place again. Other businesses apologize and own up for their mistakes.

As your local delivery driver for Clarkston, I am always searching for a good, fast and delicious place to grab lunch. I stopped here today and ordered the Kahlua Pork dish, with horchata bubble tea. It was AMAZING. They were very nice to me, and I will absolutely be back. This is the best food I’ve ever had in my life.
