I wouldn’t even let my pet dog eat food from here. If I could give a zero out of five stars I would. Almost halfway into my burger meal I noticed old and molded bread. The owner refused to give my money back or to make a new order the correct way. If the establishment has moldy bread what other disgusting things are hidden in their kitchen? I would never eat here again.

Says that they deliver but they do not, food is not half bad but takes awhile to get it so be prepared to wait and says you get soda with your meals but you only get one soda no matter how many combos ordered. So in all had to get additional drinks for our meals, had to pick up order because they don’t deliver as advertised online and had to wait for order that was called in so yeah it sucked.

I bought a few Tripe Sandwiches today and they were ok… It wasn’t enough Tripe on the bread and it didn’t have much flavoring. I can’t say I will get Tripe again but their chicken is usually pretty good.. That’s why they got 2 stars..

The chicken was burnt, unseasoned and cooked in old oil. The restaurant doesn’t feel comfortable and safe because they have men hanging on the outside of their restaurant by the door under the “No loitering” sign drinking beer out of a brown paper bag and begging customers every time they go in and out of the restaurant for money. They might as well take down the no loitering sign.

The food taste fresh and the store is clean. The woman was not very friendly like but she wasn’t mean either. She just did not have the customer service attitude. If I come in there smiling and being friendly….interact with the customer back. Other then that it is a TOTAL upgrade from my last visit❤️

Worst service I’ve ever had. I called in a 35 dollar order and was told it would be 15 minutes. I then arrived 20 to 25 minutes later and the woman in the front told me they ran out of food for my order, then the male in the back said they could make it. It took an additional 10 to 15 minutes for my food to be made with rude comments and I was asked if I already paid when they printed my receipt 10 minutes before. These people are rude and have no customer service this is coming from a working African American man who has given them plenty of business before. I’m just upset at the way people are in today’s world. I hope they didn’t do anything wrong to my kids food.

The appearance of this place made me skeptical about eating here but I’m glad I didn’t let that stop me from ordering. The food is pretty good! I got the chicken Philly & my son got hot party wings. I’d go back, for sure. Hope you have better luck on the parking lot than I did, someone hit my car while I was there

Ordered a tripe told the guy no mustard someone added mustard to my tripe I’m allergic . So I nicely asked could I receive another sandwich or a refund. The guy rudely told Me no and no refund there is no sign that said no refund this place needs to be shut down! They’re doing this on purpose and keeping peoples money for gain.i would never shop here again ever horrible customer service. I wish I could’ve given zero stars for a option.

Fast service. I’ve only had their tripe and it’s really good,hard to find good tripe that’s cooked right. (UPDATE)12/1/2021.So I just ordered and my gizzards are very hard and dried out on the inside.the crust taste kinda burnt too.I called them to ask how long are they cooking them and how long are they waiting before they throw them out.So the boy on the phone said that they only cook them about 5 minutes,then that’s when I said well the meat must be old then,so he said that they had just got some new one’s and that he was gonna taste them, would that help I don’t know! Also my Catfish fillets where rubbery and didn’t taste like Catfish. They don’t even offer a partial refund or to remake your order.they just take your money and give u trash with high prices that’s why I cook so much at home smh..wish I could upload a picture of how old that meat looked

As a former employee I wouldn’t recommend eating from here or their neighboring business Grill stop. They don’t have much of a sanitation policy when it comes to disinfecting the containers or kitchen sink that it’s use to marinade the chicken. I would try to at least clean them with soap and a good scrub but I was told that just give it a rinse it’s faster.
