First time eating Hawaiian food! I did the Moco. Spam-eggs- rice and mac salad. The Mac salad is basic. However, for some reason left me wanting more!!

Was my first time. I ordered the dragon roll & my daughter ordered the cheeseburger & fries. The lady that took our order was friendly & polite. The place is really clean. The food was just OK

Let us begin, wanted to try this place cause I love hawaiin bbq.
The service is okay, good enough. I thought this would be a nice hole in the wall or just a really good spot.
However when I tried the food, I was like okay maybe this is a 3.5 star place. But then I ran into the issue. The chicken in the middle was undercooked, like pink pink. The steak was also wayyyy to stretchy but I was like okay, whatever, it tastes pretty okay (6/10).
My stomach doesn’t feel right after eating less than half of this and I threw it away. The macaroni was decent tho I guess…(I ate the steak, macaroni and some rice before the chicken)
I unfortunately won’t come back to this place nor did I find it appealing. ):

Always a good value buy and the food is good.
Reminder on the menu it says cheeseburger and mahi mahi burger but it also comes with fries, it may not always say it.
I usually get the BBQ mix plate, or Cheeseburger and tempura roll

I used to come here a decade ago as a kid. I went back recently for the nostalgia. Unfortunately the macaroni salad made me ill.
Additionally I was shocked to see how the cashier tried to scam me. She slid the copy of the receipt to me, but her fingers covered the total and tip. I had to ask her to please remove her fingers as I was not going to just give my signature freely without writing in the tip/total myself.
Please do not take people for fools. I’m so happy that my card is encrypted and I can be at peace that I won’t be scammed or forced to spend more without my consent. I wrote this review hoping that this restaurant and their staff will reflect on their values.
