This is my first time coming to this place, I always go to TeaTok by KFC and my first at Hokkaido and TeaTok was amazing. The food wasn’t gamy or strong in flavors, this is very nice because the meat is overstated, but this was perfect. I do only have one small problem, the staff is a little bit quiet, so it was hard hearing them especially over the music. But would recommend for a quiet, soft area.

The place is really nice and clean. The girl at the counter helpful and friendly. My husband liked his poke and the chicken eggrolls were good too.
My Chicken ramen on the other hand was disappointing. Breaded chicken nuggets, canned vegetables, like corn and bamboo shoots, green onions. The broth was tasty, medium heat was plenty.
Their green iced tea is pretty dang good.
Worth giving it a try if you want other stuff than chicken ramen. Maybe thats how they eat it in Honolulu, I know it a bit different.

Wow! Outstanding!!!! Discovered this by chance on a visit from Durango and it far surpassed my expectations. We both got a poke bowl that we got to design ourselves! It was an adventure to decide what base (salad, sushi rice or white rice) what meat (LOTS to chose from), fruits, veggies, toppings, sauces…). The quality of all the ingredients was top notch and we were both exclaiming gow tasty everything was throughout our meal! Oh, and the coat was so reasonable. Can’t wait to cone back! Please, please open one in Durango!

Well… this was a delightful restaurant! Had two Boba teas, one a slush and the other a milk tea… both enjoyable! And they gave plenty of boba balls (some places skimp on them in my opinion)
I got the spicy beef Ramen and split it with my 12 y/o and we still had extra to take home, so the portion size was great and the soup was VERY tasty…
We will be back for sure!!

This is a very good restaurant to get some good ramen noodles, the tea is also very delicious! Keep in mind you are going to get your moneys worth! Mishayla was a sweetheart, very helpful on choices! Definitely will come again

Great little gem in Farmington on the Eastside of town. It is a bit pricey but for what you get I believe it’s worth it, not any place like it in Farmington. I took my mother here for her birthday (we love ramen.) We had ordered 2 Spicy miso ramen w/ chashu Panko breaded shrimp , Takoyaki, 1 black tea & 1 jasmine green tea w/ blueberry flavoring. Everything was delicious. The ramen broth was rich & flavorful it wasn’t very spicy but very good nonetheless. Give them a try if your in the area they offer other drinks as well.

***Manager Max treats employees terrible!!
I tried placing an online order with a lot of customization, was told by a friendly lady that I would have to go to the restaurant to place my order, no problem at all.
However, the Manager Max was basically yelling at his employee to “CANCEL, CANCEL, CANCEL, CANCEL IT, CANCEL, CANCEL” and you can clearly hear the lady is flustered and not sure what to do in this situation.
If this is how the manager Max treats their employees, I can’t imagine how he treats customers inside. I will not bring my business here.
The restaurant is not busy BUT THEIR PRICING IS OUTRAGEOUS expensive.
EDIT: I am not sure who you spoke to but it was me that was on the phone and all I wanted was to add extra noodles and meat and veggies. Those extras were an option on online ordering. I was placing an online order. If those extra options are not available you should take it off your online ordering.
Manager and owner are rude and not sure why they are trying to blame me when I was trying to place an online order.

Completely mediocre ramen, pretty salty and greasy. Egg is hard boiled and a bit cold, broth is boiling hot. The spice level you request for ramen is apparently irrelevant, its the same no matter what you pick. Didn’t try the tea or the poke. Hopefully the ramen gets better!

This place has great food and customer service. The young lady was very helpful in explaining the menu since it was our 1st time. Shrimp Romen hit the spot specifically with this weather and not feeling well. I also got the Thai tea it was really enjoyable. The place is nice and clean and has a good atmosphere. You must visit!
