I should have taken the empty restaurant at 1 PM as a sign to turn around, but hunger got the best of me. Watching the cook thaw the roast pork in the microwave while I waited was the second red flag I shouldn’t have ignored.
The Pork Fried Rice was just rice and bits of the pork meat with a few pieces of onions, no bean sprouts etc. just some seasoning. As for the Roast Pork with Broccoli, it was basically an entire head of broccoli with a few pieces of pork hidden inside.
The taste was a 2/5 at best; I only finished it because I was starving. I hate to be harsh because they seem to be doing their best, but the standards need to be way higher to keep a business running. I won’t be back.

I stopped ordering from this place for 1 yr. They always forget something and they owe me two platters of food and two shrimp rolls. I call today June 3rd, 2024
And the guy who answered the phone was rude he couldn’t understand me and I asked him twice to tell me the order and to please not forget anything.
They didn’t send my daughter’s white rice, they burnt my crab rangoon and my dumplings were dry. Such a disappointment. I will never in my life order from here again.

This place is the worst first and last time ordering I ordered last night went to eat my food and boom a roach and it looks like roach babies I called multiple times to speak to someone and they keep hanging up on me . Very disappointed had to throw 40 in the garbage still haven’t spoken to some one

The food is good, and the fact that you can order online is great but they really need a better delivery guy. He refuses to get out of the car and deliver the food. He questioned me and asked me if the driveway was to long for me to walk. I told him that’s the point of a delivery. After signing the receipt Mr said “what no tip for me” when I paid tip online as it is already added. Mr then said “you no pay me tip you no come get food and you no tip” terrible service

Just ordered here . I didn’t receive order yet however , I decided to leave a review anyway . I placed an order , which was communicated that it would be $11.56 , when I checked my transaction history , I was charged $13.09. I called back and spoke with a manager , I stated the phone rep stated my order was $11.56, but I was charged extra without knowing . Not only is this “stealing , misleading but Bad for business . Be mindful of this business , they may be over charging you

Terrible customer service. Charges for duck sauce (not extra, but for every single pack). The delivery man demands a tip before you can even finish signing your signature on the receipt. The place itself is dirty, very unsanitary.

I ordered food from this location. When I got home with the food I noticed they Gave me the wrong order. I called the place and was transferred to the “MANAGER.” She said for me to return that food and they would give me a new order. I really think this is disgusting how do I know that food won’t be sold to someone else after I opened it and It was taken out of the restaurant. Never again I’ll order from this place. It makes me think the time we ordered if any of that food was returned and resold to us.
