Hong Kong Garden opened it doors to serve the Lancaster County (and others as far away as Maryland) in 1980. We are proud to be the oldest Chinese Restaurant to serve the Lancaster County at the same location, under the same business name, and manage by the same family. Our Goals are to provide our customers with fresh quality delicious Chinese Cuisine at reasonable prices, generous portions, a relaxed atmosphere, and excellent services. We are glad that our customers have enjoyed our hospitality. Families have been bringing in second and third generations to our restaurant for years. This place is very good, they give you a jar of hot tea and chips with a chinese sauce as an appetizer, if you wanna called like that, for free, similar like going to a Mexican place, that was a great touch. The portions are big, my wife and I weren’t able to finish our food, prices are great, I paid $27dlls plus tip for two people. The service was good, the waiter did a great job even when the restaurant was almost full.

A lot of people I work with were raving about this place and I finally decided to give it a try. It was worth the hype. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. Our server was amazing and wheeled around a cart for all of our food and even to box our food up. The food was on the upper tier of Chinese food. The sesame chicken was nice and crispy. I gotta say I love my Chinese food I’ve tried it every where I go so Ik these places aren’t created equal and god knows some places should b well let’s say out of business. Now I’ve heard chatter here and there about Hong Kong Garden being the best so I went in with some family matters and I was not only impressed with my general chicken which I order extra Crispy and extra spicy the sauce was sweet and spicy the fried rice was amazing and full of flavor. Family matters ordered beef fried rice and the house fried rice both were out of this world. Shout out to the owners and the chef’s they r running a great program if u r looking for that one Chinese restaurant that takes pride in what they do and pride themselves in making sure u come back for carry out or eat in then look no farther.

Had a great time with the food here for my baby shower! It’s a great place for co workers and friends to meet up for a special day! Dumplings are delicious 🙂 the food tastes amazing! My 5 year old even liked the variation of food and she’s a super picky eater. Overall 5/5 would recommend for a place for gatherings with just about any age group!

They say best Chinese food in Lancaster, not sure of that but it is excellent. The chicken rice noodle soup to start was very good and a meal in is self. Then the fried rice and Kong PO shrimp was enough for 2 people and still some to take home. Give it a try, and very attentive service.

We came in from out of town and decided to check out Hong Kong Garden for dinner. This was one of the highest rated restaurants around for a good reason! The service and hospitality were great. Everything came out in perfectly timed and was delicious. Their Dinner combinations are 100% worth it and could easily feed three people for the price of one.
