We walked in here on New Year’s Eve.
We waited 40 minutes for a server, but they did warn us. We stayed anyway.
Absolutely worth the wait.
The amazing food was delivered to our table sizzling hot; Kung Pao Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Szechuan Beef and Orange Chicken.
Every bite was amazingly tender and perfectly spiced.
The noodles… Holy smoke.
The white rice… so fluffy and not sticky.
This is truly authentic Chinese food right there on 6th Street.
I will be back. We will be back.

I travel there from Orange County and I’ve been going for the last 20 years. Michelle is my favorite waitress… always so friendly and talkative and will always greet you with a smile! My order is always the #2 or #3 dinner with hot tea. Ribs are the best!

First time here. Ordered takeout online for pickup
Atmosphere: it was really pretty and calm inside the restaurant
Service: a super nice lady helped me out right away, waited only a couple mins before a nice man came out with my food packed carefully in a box thank you.
Food: smelled delicious from the start, it was so hard driving home without opening the containers. Ordered
Salt and pepper fish since its my favorite, it was amazing super crispy and plenty of chiles and onions . Also ordered kung pao chicken lunch delicious and an order of kung pao shrimp will definitely be going back to try more dishes. I’m so glad I took a chance and now have a place a bit closer to home for amazing chinese food. I usually have to go all the way to orange county. Thank you both!

I was surprised to see this restaurant still in business, as I came here as a young girl in the late 70’s. They have been in the same location for over 50 years! Small number of booths in the room we sat in;I believe they have larger tables in other rooms. Employees are not only attentive and polite, but they seem happy! I felt truly welcomed inside! Large menu, all reasonably priced, including the alcoholic beverages. We ordered a Combination dinner for the 3 of us. Dinner came quickly, and all items were delicious. They don’t skimp on any ingredients. nor do they over-sauce any of the dishes. So happy this little restaurant has stood the test of time!! We will be back!

Great Cantonese style food. Fresh ingredients, large menu. The salt and pepper fish is addictive. Family owned for over 50 years. The building is old but, serviceable. Owner tries hard to provide natural raised ingredients on menu. This is real, old school Chinese restaurant.
Service is always good but, can be a short wait for seating. They do takeout, as well. The soups are very good.
They offer dinner bundles with assorted dishes. A bit more than panda express if that’s your budget but, this is really good, healthier, better tasting food. A meal is around $20 for lunch. $25 for dinner. Based on a single prefix meal.

Can’t believe we have never been here!! Authentic cantonese Chinese food !! All of the staff was soo kind and helpful . We had the Dinner combo #2 for two and it was such a nice variety of food loved being able to try different stuff. The traditional chicken chow mein soo delicious! Egg rolls incredible! Pork fried rice LOVE IT . And the shrimp was like pillows ! Everything was so good and we can’t wait to come back !!
