We really enjoyed our time here. The performance kitchen was entertaining and we sat in front of the glass. The service was rapid and the portions were good. This was one of the few restaurants in Cuba that had everything on their menu. Lots of space and they are open late. The Caesar salad was very tasty but could use more salty fish. I believe they only accept CUP.

We stayed at the Melia Cohiba, so it was convenient to cross the street and try this restaurant. Although the portions were quite small, the food was carefully prepared and tasted good. For choice of sides, we chose the local mashed root… I think it was malanga. I would stick to potatoes next time. 🙂 The service was quick and friendly and we had a good experience – I would recommend this restaurant to others who are in the area.

This was the best meal we had in Cuba. It’s international/Mediterranean, not Cuban, but really excellent. Expensive for Cuba, but about what you’d pay for a nice meal in the US (about $30 per person including wine).

One of my favourites in town
HM7 is a great restaurant to go specially at lunch due to its good air conditioning.
This time I had the amazing Cesar Salad which has more bacon and parmesan cheese than anything else (hence the amazing) and octopus confit with papas aioli.
It was an excellent choice and é was delicious.
No drinks or desert this time, but they are also worth it.
HM7 is always a safe choice for me!
