Take out only but plenty of room to wait inside for food with view of kitchen where meals are prepared. I always go with the chicken and broccoli and eggrolls – something I grew up eating and still enjoy to this day. Other favorites include pork fried rice and lomein. I’ve been coming here since 1996 and it’s always been the best essential Chinese food in the area.

I’ve been getting takeout from here since 2011. They used to be good but recently changed and now have bad customer service. Tonight they left out my pork dumplings and didn’t include the white rice that comes with the boneless spare ribs. When I called, the lady who answered the phone said something I couldn’t understand and hung up on me.

I ordered the house fried rice with chicken wings. It was good, nothing spectacular. I the rice had ham in it instead of pork. The chicken wing on the other hand was very good.

Do not except any order without look at your order before leaving the. I like be 40 miles away and was recommended to this venue in trolly square. I called in the order on my way home from Wilmington and when I arrived home the boneless spareribs were like shoe leather. Lord knows what else the chef had in mind.

Update: I’ve ordered since and it’s been a much better experience. I’ve tried new things and I’m pleased to say the food is pretty good! I’ll just avoid the general tso’s chicken from here.
Previous review: I requested white meat chicken General tso and this breading filled ball (with a crunchy exterior with sauce covering) it is what I received instead. I have no idea what I just bit into. It had no taste and resembled couch foam. Our other order of dark meat General Tso chicken didn’t have the foam-like filler in it. This disgusting meal cost $25 for the two orders, too. I’m not even sure what it was. I never ate it after repeatedly opening up the balls and finding the “flavorless foam” . Just nasty

So happy I found this restaurant, it’s way better than the other place I used to order from. Probably some of the best Chinese food I’ve had since moving to DE. I’ll definitely order from here again in the future.

I do not know how this place has even two stars more less having four. The food was not good at all.
The wings tasted old, bland and greasy.
Teriyaki chicken was the only thing actually passable as being good.
Fried dumplings were greasy also and had the size of a bean worth of meat in it and were over cooked.
The Lo mein was another ball of grease, had no veggies in it and there was four small pieces of chicken.
In my travels through this city this def won’t be a spot that I would say to return too.
Save your money cross the bridge in either direction and get as far away as you can from this place.

Everybody working here is kind & gentle and the food is actually pretty good. For some reason they accidentally doubled my order (pictured below) but only charged me for one order. Will be ordering again soon!

I ordered the jumbo shrimp which were anything but jumbo! Baby shrimp sliced in half with a ton of breading to make it appear larger is what i got. They should be ashamed of selling such..just take the jumbo shrimp off the menu! I couldn’t eat any of them. Just super flat fried bread crumbs!
