Food looks great but had zero flavor. It’s like their chefs have never heard of salt. They also had no ketchup bottles available and gave me 2 of those tiny ketchup packets.
Service was absolutely terrible. The interior is small with limited tables. When you finally get seated, it’s like you’re invisible. Nobody asks for your order for ages and even when they finally take it, the food still took a lot time as well.
The table next to me was a dad and his daughter. They chose to just leave since they couldn’t even get their order in. He left cash on the table for his coffee and the wait staff just pocketed it.

Beautiful little breakfast cafe. The service from Chris was first class. We had the Ranchero skillet, eggs Bene, waffles and french toast. They were all delicious and impeccably presented.
The serving sizes are very generous.

Mimosa flight. A bit on the sweeter side, bubbly, refreshing. Side of garlic rice and Kalua pork. The Kalua pork was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The garlic rice was a nice palette cleanser in between the short stacks. Ube had hints of the taste of German Chocolate Cake and Macadamia nuts. The Rocky Mountain had hints of Hershey’s chocolate, super rich and filling. Service was friendly. Nice quiet spot off Main Street. Perfect for brunch!

From NC to Vegas…We had our first BabyStacks experience and it was so delicious❤️. While the food was amazing the GM was equally amazing…going over the top with outstanding service which ensured that we would be back to visit at this location! With a WIDE variety of delicious pancakes to choose from, I went for the Banana Foster and a side of scrambled eggs. **I didn’t need the eggs. I stupidly thought that a ‘short stack’ would require a side dish to fill my belly. Turns out, a short stack at BabyStacks Cafe will feed two people easily 🙂
Long story short, after my first bite, as my wife will attest, I put down my utensils, rested my head back a bit, and had a tiny culinary orgasm.
The staff was friendly, the food came out quickly, and the atmosphere was delightful. Highly recommended.

Usually not a big fan of sweet stuff but these pancakes were truly something! Got the strawberry shortcake, the pancake was so soft and fluffy, whipped cream just the right sweetness and firmness and the strawberries were juicy and yummy. Although the full stack of 6 pancakes is really big even though I usually consider myself a big eater – something to consider Coffee was amazing and big, and we got the mimosa flight – delicious!!

If youre looking for breakfast/brunch options close to downtown Vegas, go to Babystacks Cafe. It feels real compared to the casino restaurants. I had one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The skillets are to die for. Everything is delicious. Hands down the best pancakes I’ve ever had in my life are the strawberry shortcake pancakes. We loved the food so much we came again the next day for round two. If we had another day we’d be coming for round 3 for sure. The staff are very kind and pleasant. The restaurant itself has relaxed, welcoming vibes. Babystacks Cafe is quite literally the breakfast I’ll be dreaming about for years to come. That’s only happened to me once for a breakfast joint in New Orleans. Next time I come back to Las Vegas I am definitely coming to Babystacks! Don’t even hesitate going here…do it!!!!

Fantastic food and when Jacob recommends a dish go with it. He will not let you down. German Chocolate pancakes and Bananas Foster French toast. I wish I had time to try more. I will be back again and I HIGHLY recommend BabyStacks. Great service, amazing food.
