Nice place the man on the grill is always way too serious, it’s just food lighten up a bit. Lady’s at the front always rush you aren’t really kind..The waiting staff is always really kind. Taking a stroller is difficult as you tell them and they still seat you in a tight spot. Like common sense give us the big tables and they take us where there are steps to take the stroller. Really?

Food was. It’s a busy place. Teapot ruined it. Waitress gave me a broken teapot that leaked where the spout hooked onto the pot. When I told her and asked for a different teapot she argued. She said it wasn’t leaking and tried to give me a lesson on how to pour tea. I had 2 witnesses to the leaky teapot and had tried to mop up the mess with napkins. If it’s broken it’s broken. The bare screw stuck up out of the pot, too. I told her not to give it to anyone else or they might get scalded. Other trips there were better. I don’t need to argue with waitresses when I pay to eat.

Crowded, but what can you do you know? It’s an affordable all you can eat buffet option that serves decent food. The employees at the front were respectful and kind. The waitresses who attended my party were in a hurry and not very respectful to us. I feel we got what we paid for, I would come back because it’s easy and you will leave full. Good food variety and save for the restroom the establishment appears clean and well kept. Again, the biggest gripe is probably the urgency of the workers. Believe me, I understand tempo with regards to service, but this also isn’t fast food, it’s a buffet.

We had been wanting to try Hong Kong for quite some time, but unfortunately it was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. The chicken wings were extremely salty, the sweet and sour chicken was so chewy it was hard to eat, and the lo mein noodles were a strange bright orange color that didn’t look or taste right. Everything on the buffet line was very disappointing. We ended up just accepting the loss of the money we spent and left without eating.
We were really looking forward to trying this place, but sadly it did not meet expectations at all.

I mean for the price its not to bad but went on a high volume dam so I can understand being short staffed so im not giving a bad score for that.. it was the fact nothing qas being cleaning the serving bars were messy and not controlled.. plus my son woke up with food poisoning from the Mongolian grill. But if caught on the right time I think this place could be ok but I definitely will be skipping this place if ever offered

Most of the food and mainly the meats were dry and over-cooked. The dessert breads tasted like freezer burn. Not much of a selection for the salad bar. Ice cream tubs were very hard to serve. The service we received was very good. Our waitress was very attentive, keeping our table free of finished plates and refilling our drinks without having to ask.

I was here doing covid, and it was a couple years since I’ve been there, this is the most interesting and the most cost effective eating place, as a senior, I spent less than $12, you have to ask her the senior discount, and I just had water so that was without a drink, but the food was quite tasty, plentiful, a wide variety,.. if you haven’t been there for a while, it would be a good place to take a group of people, there’s plenty to eat.. wide variety, and it was all nicely done, and then there’s ice cream, a sushi bar, and in addition I don’t know what they call it. Stir fry,.. definitely probably the best value in Albuquerque,
