Absolute best bang for buck, got the Lo Mein General Tso chicken lunch special, with an order of crab rangoons for like $13 and the portion sizes are huge. I don’t know what they do to keep prices so low and I don’t want to know. Would recommend

We ordered sesame beef, szechuan beef, shrimp fried rice and beef fried rice for dinner. They are trash. The sesame beef taste like flour and doesn’t have any beef texture at all. Also the fried rice contained just yellow rice with rarely any pieces of beef, no vegetable. Please don’t try this restaurant!!!!

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. In my experience, they have never messed up my order or left something out not 1 time in the 15+ years I have been ordering takeout from them. The staff is always changing but they are all nice and very pleasant to interact with. Their eating area is always clean and tidy. My food is always freshly prepared and still piping hot even when in takes 20 minutes for me to get home!

When we got our food home two plates were completely wrong. Ordered chicken low mein and got some kind of pork vegetable dish. Looked awful. It was marked on the order form right but I guess the kitchen messed up. My orange chicken and noodles were good. Shrimp fried rice was not very good. My daughter who LOVES fried rice ate about half and trashed the rest.

The food here used to be good but since they’ve changed their line cooks it’s not great. I used to know some of the cooks, many were from Central America. Now the cooks and front staff look to be from South/Central Asia region. The owner/manager seems to be the same, he was the one who would do the deliveries before they contracted out to Door dash, etc. I assume he’s the owner, he’s the only one who is still there and he seemed to be the one managing the show back in the day. The beef fried rice had cooked but unseasoned beef in it. They used to give you more strips of beef in the rice but now the beef is skimpy. The quality of the shrimp lo mein has declined, also. They used to put either large shrimp or many medium-sized shrimp in the dish and now they use miniature shrimp. I only had about 5 shrimp in my entire small order of shrimp lo mein and they were almost as big as a quarter. They mainly gave me lo mein noodles in the box. The lo mein didn’t have much flavor or seasoning to it, either. I didn’t finish it, I tossed the rest of it out.

First time I’ve been there in 2 years. Really gone downhill. First thing you notice when you go in is the smell of a dirty house. Floors were a little bit sticky. Mongolian beef was ready in 15 minutes so that was good. The beef was drowned in a mountain of vegetables and swimming in the sauce. The rice was awful. This is a risky place to eat, probably unhealthy.

I called and ordered a delivery like I have hundreds of times before. The young man who took my order seemed new and confused. We never place an order under $50 and tip very well. I know the owner Michael and have done business with him for many years. If I had his last name and phone number I would call him. We always order 4 orders of fried chicken wings every time just as I did tonight. They failed to write those down and I called and told them we didn’t get them speaking to the same young man who had taken the order. I made it clear I wanted nothing free ( our order this time was $72 without tip) but wanted them to be aware we didn’t get them. Shortly after I hung up my phone rang and it’s an Asian girl who works there who proceeded to be very hateful and actually called me s liar twice. This is the second time I’ve dealt with her and she’s been extremely rude and hateful. Hopefully she isn’t Michaels wife but she sure doesn’t need to be working with the public as I’ve never had someone I just paid $72 call me to call me a liar twice. I’m done with this restaurant I can live without dealing with that rude hateful unprofessional witch.

The gentleman who took our order this evening was very nice and attentive. We placed quite a large order than our usual. We only had to wait maybe 20 minutes if that. The whole order was correct! And every bit delicious! Hong Kong is always my go to for Chinese take-out.

They have different shifts. The shifts with Mexican and Chinese chef are great. The shift with Nepali chef is terrible, that guy only makes it sour without any other taste.

We’ve been ordering delivery here for a few months after years of bad service and food from the “other place.” We ordered Roast Pork Sliced, Lemon Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Hot & Sour Soup, and egg rolls. They inadvertently forgot 3 of the egg rolls. I called them and they came right back with them. Both the man on the phone and the driver apologized. I was really pleased, since accidents do happen and this one was handled with care and professionalism. All the food was excellent and the service was fast and above what we are used to. I highly recommend Hong Kong for every Chinese delivery meal you have in Jonesboro.
