Stopped in today for the first time, I was greeted immediately with a smile. I ordered Togo but had a drink at the bar and the young man was so nice and friendly. My food was delivered in a timely manner. Once I got home presentation of the food was great and the taste is more than I expected. I’ll definitely visit more often.

I drove from Indianola, MS on my lunch break to patronize this establishment. Our server was polite but the service was slow. We sat at the bar and didn’t get addressed for about 15 minutes. I ordered a T bone steak medium well and it was HORRIBLE. We had to request a beverage AFTER we received our food. We had to request eating utensils as well. They didn’t have tomatoes for the side salad when I know there are several grocery stores in the area. I honestly thought the steak was a porkchop or pork steak. I asked about the authenticity and the owner’s wife brought back a prepackaged steak. I asked if I could get a ribeye instead, I didn’t mind paying the difference and she said “no”. The atmosphere is nice. The establishment was clean. But I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Great renovation to this establish. I live less than 40 total minutes from this place. Overall, I wanted this to be a great place to come eat hear blues and enjoy the food. It took about 17 minutes to get a waitress to come to take our order. It’s not as crowded as I’ve seen this place with previous owners. I ordered two Lynchburg Lemonade’s, which was fairly descent. I placed an order for two water when my entrée came out. I then placed an order for two appetizer chicken quesadilla and southwest egg rolls. After some time, my drinks arrived, still awaiting the appetizers. I then asked her to place my dinner order, and we ordered the rib tip plate with a loaded potatoe and side salad with a fish platter fries side salad. Time passed away again, still awaiting the appetizers. Finally, we saw her, and she was coming not only with the appetizers but the fish platter as well. How disappointing I’m already thinking we have ordered too much and some things aren’t going to get eaten. Chicken queso was homemade, and okay, the egg rolls as well as correct temperature. After eating two egg rolls, my food comes, and I see overcooked fatty rib tips. You can literally see the blackness on them. The taste was rubbish with an okay seasoning rub. I tried to eat them very disappointed in my purchase 10 rib tips for 15.99. Overall, some items are ok, but ribs are something you shouldn’t have on a menu in the south if they aren’t flavorful, meaty, and tender . The fish portion was 3 strips. This place, to me, was more of a bar size portion when I clearly wanted dinner. I got two Togo plates of Philly cheese steak sandwhich with fries and deal or no deal hot wings Street tacos with egg rolls. Altogether, I spent $130 sumthin with tip. The quality of food didn’t match my ticket total. I don’t think I will be returning. I expect food quality and service to match the cost of the meal. Which is hard nowadays!!! The waitress wasn’t good either. I kept having to ask for things like my water salad, condiments, and food.

It’s a nice establishment but the food items I purchased were nasty also I was given Philly cheese steak meat on my potato instead of real steak. The wing are very very unseasoned they were a togo order.They only thing was good was the queso and chips. The drinks were good. A complete waste of $260 for 3 adults and 2 kids under 5.Pay attention to your receipt I noticed a delivery fee but we ate in the restaurant .

BURNT! Definitely won’t be ordering from here no more !this is 3rd time ordering here and every time me and my coworker have an issue, literally wasted my money . I Called when I sat down to eat my burger and the manager promised to replace my meal but all of sudden nobody knows who I talk to ! A WASTE OF MY MONEY !!!!! Please check your food

Nice Establishment but the waitress forgot what I ordered and in top of that, when I got my food no utensils, then when we were dissatisfied , they did nothing to accommodate us. When you made a legit complaint about your meal. You don’t go in the kitchen and come back with a prepackage frozen meat, You are cutting corners, when serving steak customers are paying well so We deserve top of the one Fresh Quality meat, not frozen. I wouldn’t go back and I wouldn’t suggest it to my friends or family. Trying to support Black own Business is hard because they are not trying to please there customers.
