First visit to Fairfax location- loved being able to customize my own stir fry. Leo cooked it up and answered my sauce questions. The meal stayed hot the entire time which is a feat in itself for rice noodle meals. (I would have equated my customization to some similar to Pad Thai)

I wasn’t too impressed with the look of the bowl until I tried a bite. It was really fresh and tasted amazing. I figured I’d try the salad bowl instead of the stir-fried noodles I saw first on the menu. I made a good choice. The ingredients were of quality. I felt so healthy eating it, but then I got to the dessert.
The cheesecake berry bowl steals the show for me. I’ll be back just for this. It tastes like a heavy whipped cream with cream brulee and cheesecake infused. So amazing.
The staff tried hard to pronounce my name on her own. I thanked her for trying, but corrected her. They were all friendly, and I didn’t have to wait too long at all. I saw a few folks enjoying the seating inside. The designs inside are clean and modern.
Coming back for stir fries and more cheesecake berry bowls!

This was my second time trying honeygrow, but the first time at this brand new location.
The ordering process is done through the kiosk. You can build your own bowl or choose a preset meal and the workers will make it after payment goes through.
I got the sesame garlic stir fry. In my opinion, the food was all a bit too sweet and salty. It seems like a Chinese inspired health conscious menu, but it was lacking a lot of flavor profile. The flavors were too simple and not developed. The sweetness of the sauce overpowered everything and while I could hear them using a pan to cook, there was no wok hei involved.
The service was very friendly and the location seems to be in a good spot and will attract a lot of customers. It is about $15 for a bowl.

Amazing first time visit at Honeygrow Fairfax. We ordered two types of stir-fry bowls, the create your own and the spicy chicken bowl. At Honeygrow, you have the ability to order at the kisok and select what you would like to order. Every ingredient and menu choice that they offer list the dietary restriction such, as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and more. The employees were ready and available whenever you needed assistance. The manager on duty was phenomenal!!! The establishment and bathrooms were clean. I would definitely recommend visiting this location and giving Honeygrow a try! Everything is fresh and you’ll leave feeling satisfied for what you paid for.

Three stars for atmosphere only because I’m comparing to a location in PA. Everything else was perfect. And BTW, my GPS was not leading directly to the store so I called and asked for help. Leo guided me and didn’t hang up until I had turned into the parking lot. And was just as pleasant once I arrived to pick up my order. I’m not from the area so something small like that is something big to others. With the state of our nation these days, it’s refreshing to end your day with even 1 pleasant person. So thanks again to Leo!

Easy and fast kiosk ordering, excellent attention and engagement with the staff (Paola was especially attentive), and all the food is excellent. Stir-fry bowls are individually portioned, while the salad servings are huge. Honey bar bowl options are diverse with standard templates and create your own option. Overall a great experience!
