This HoneyGrow location has great staff members that care about customer wait times for food. As soon as I walked into the door, I was acknowledged by the staff saying “Welcome to HoneyGrow” The store is very clean and organized. Keep up the good work Great energetic staff work at this location make customers come back to visit again due to the easy and fast paced ordering. Even during busy times. There was 5 staff members behind the counter. The store is definitely not understaffed.

Visited 6/19/25. Truly disappointed in the serving size. One order had TEN ingredients and the workers tried to stuff all in the regular size container. That meal received two pineapples, no kale, four tofu bites, less broccoli and lots of noodles. Why didn’t they put the meal in the salad bowl or purchase larger containers? That meal cost $18. The other meal I thought I pressed rice. They could have filled the kale meal up. Total was a whopping $33. The food tasted okay. First time visiting this establishment and probably will not return to try the one in my state.

They called me about them not having apples for my honey bar but DID NOT put sauce nor the extra stuff that I paid for on my noodles . didn’t get my drink either.. and there was plastic in my s/o food that he choked on.. this is not okay .. Completely over honey grow now.. !!!!

It was very easy to use the Kiosk Machine to place my order and pay with my card. No long lines,not a long wait to get salad made.Salad was DELICIOUS. All the vegetables were so fresh and Tasty. I will definitely be back and will recommend family and friends.

Me & my date got there Friday night, Jan 16th ’26 at 1030p & they were closing at 11p.
We weren’t that familiar with operating the kiosk, so Lillian was super helpful & showed undying patience with helping us pick the perfect mix of tasty ingredients to satisfy our palate.
She also recommended a tasty strawberry or raspberry juice beverage. It was sooo good.
We were the last to leave. It was a little after 11 & our ‘food angel,’ Lillian, appeared again & kindly offered the perfect chocolate mousse dessert to go.
Such a beautiful, cozy place to grab a filling, wholesome meal.

Assistant manager Tyree was very helpful with processing my payment due to kiosk malfunction and ensured any errors would be corrected if so. Staff friendly, brought my meal to the table with a complimentary drink, checked on me during my dine in and insisted on discarding my meal once done. Highly recommend the City Ave HG location if you’re in the area for good eats. Great environment, good music selection, never any issues

It saddens me to write this kind of review bcuz i loved this place so much. As a foodie and fitness girly i would come to this place just about every week and food was always great but after so many times here ive noticed so many changes. The initial chilli crisp was great but then they changed it to ome that was extremely salty. Now its changed to one thats spicy but has no flavor. Today but chicken was over cooked and hard and the egg noodle are different now. They almost have no taste amd the sauce does not stick to these noodles. Portion size changed as well i npw order double chicken in order to have some meat. On top of that the food was extremely cold and i odered right there. Like how? It was a disappointment and waste of $20
