My husband and I were honored enough to be the first table served of the 2025 Winter Season – and if our experience was stellar, yours can only be better!
The Elk Shank literally fell off the bone, it was so tender. The berry sauce was a perfect addition.
My husband got the Red Snapper and DAMN – 10/10. The flavors were explosive and the fish was great quality.
We had the Short Rib Poutine fries as an appetizer and loved the cheese curds in it. The drinks were all delicious, as well.
The view was stunning, the staff was oh so sweet and the music was perfect.

Went for lunch. Bison burger was good, potato soup was good. The charcuterie board had the hardest bread I’ve ever had on it along with a very odd spicy pickled fruit and vegetable collection. Server was amazing!

Hands down the best food we had while at Solitude. Great atmosphere and drinks, with hearty food that everyone in our family loved. My daughter loved the soup, and meatballs (in the skillet) and the burger and pasta were great too.
One recommendation – it fills up faster than we realized (Saturday night, but not busy on the mountain), so we almost couldn’t be seated. Make sure you make a reservation to ensure you don’t miss out!

Thank you chef Dennis, my server Tressie, and Scarlett the hostes. The bison burger was probably the best burger I’ve had in the longest time. Anywhere else I always get a soggy bun or a burger that falls apart. This one 0 complaints so rare to find. Had to find the chef to let him know how great it was lol super friendly service!

The food was AMAZING!!! Huge compliments to Chef Dennis. I absolutely loved the hummus platter, the poutine was insanely delicious, and the honeycomb chicken was amazing! Super moist and flavorful. The New York strip steak was on another level. Quite literally the best steak I’ve ever tasted! Everything was absolutely incredible. I will most definitely be back.
I think sometimes it’s easy to overlook restaurants at the ski resorts because there are plenty along the Wasatch that are subpar and overpriced. At Honeycomb Grill I felt like the prices were absolutely fair, and the food is above and beyond. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Not a bad little place to dine. It has a quaint and separate bar area to get away from the kiddies as your waiting for your table. We had a fine Malbec and a whiskey as we waited. The Mary’s organic chicken, paired with the red pepper bisque creamy soup, was very, very good. The chicken was moist, and very flavorful. Finished it up with the double chocolate mousse cake, drowning in its own warm chocolate syrup. Great location by the shuttle area inside the Solitude Village.

The mountain view was gorgeous from our table by the windows. The watermelon, tomato gazpacho was garnished with olive oil and fresh black pepper. It was cold, delicious and fresh. I ordered the buffalo burger with fries. My wife ordered the marinated breaded eggplant sandwich with chips. She rated it 12/10.

Great service and very good food! There is something for everyone on the menu. We had our heart set on the poutine, but one of us got the flatbread and that was very yummy . Of course the poutine is fantastic and I was so excited that they had really good alcohol free beer choices in addition to all the other good beers on tap. Definitely going back there!
