The Honey Post in Medford Lakes is a locally owned and operated business that was started by two sisters who grew up in Medford Lakes. We’re bringing acai, pitaya, coconut, and banana bowls to the Medford area. We also offer smoothies and juices with fresh fruits and vegetables like kale, carrots, or ginger to help boost your immune system and keep you energized. Our love for superfoods like acai, pitaya, kale, and flax seeds is what drove us to open our first location of The Honey Post in Medford Lakes. Located on Trading Post Way.

First time ever in this afternoon with my hubsand and we ordered the two seasonal specials and the Greek Goddess Bowl with Spinach and Romaine as bases for the salad.
Everything was mmm mmm delicious!
Their freshly homemade sourdough bread looks healthy and delicious

I really wanted to love this place since it had so many positive reviews, but my visit fell short. The sesame bowl had an excessive amount of onion, which overpowered everything else, and I unfortunately found dark, moldy-looking spots on the carrots, which made it hard to enjoy. The Nana Banana smoothie was also very watery and lacked flavor. It just didn’t meet my expectations, and I likely won’t be back.

I really enjoyed my first visit to Honey Post yesterday! I loved my build your own smoothie Bowl! The banana PeanutButter blend base is to die for! All of the fruit is fresh and delicious! I also loved the gf granola! I was very impressed by how clean the prep area is kept and the modern, top of the line, refrigeration! It made me feel comfortable that they value food safety! The ladies working there were extremely professional, efficient and caring! My friend’s build your own salad was very fresh and delicious too! Thanks for a wonderful experience! I’ll be back soon!

The Honey Post is definitely a nice place to go to get something to eat. The people there are very nice too! I love their smoothie bowls the most and they taste amazing! The only thing I can say is that I am not really impressed with the containers they give you now. I like the old bowls that they used to give out because of the way it looked. It use to look more appetizing. To me it just looks like a take out container and everything is packed in there.

Drinks are excellent, and the staff is nice. I prefer the blended drinks over the juices. There are more creative blended drink and smoothie options than juices, and the local Medford Apothecary honey is super high quality and delicious. Atmosphere is clean, casual, and cute! I personally wish I lived closer to it!

Tried this place out for the first time today and it was delicious. We got three bowls, one tropical bowl and two build-your-own. Placing orders on the kiosk was easy and pretty intuitive. It would be helpful if there was a small place to put comments or special requests (i.e. we wanted a bowl made with lite honey). Bowls were ready in a few minutes and the staff were really sweet. I loved the pitaya smothie base. The acai smoothie has a little too much banana for my taste but that’s just personal preference. Overall, all the ingredients were fresh and tasty and the portions are generous when compared to Frutta and Playa.

The atmosphere is so homey, warm, and cozy. Little pumpkins decorate the counters and tables. They even have a pineapple bush with a tiny pineapple growing on it! They also sell T-shirts, candles, and little jars of honey.
Overall quaint cozy place, fresh food, and staff as sweet as the fruit bowls.
Highly recommend

I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed here yet since I have been here 7-8 times. I like to start my weekend days with a bowl from here to start my day.

The fruit is good quality, and it’s a nice place to sit and read for a little while I eat. I either bring my own coffee, or a coffee from Lakes.

Staff is friendly, and prices are reasonable compared to others in the 20-30 minute range.

It’s about time I write a review for Honey Post. I’m totally obsessed with their açaí bowls, and I’ve tried all the local competition, no one comes close. Service is top notch too!

I visited Honey Post with my boyfriend to try out their smoothie bowls and I have never been more impressed. They taste better than frutta and Playa bowls combined! The smoothie itself was perfect and not too sweet. Recently, my friend and I came to try out their grain bowls…10/10! Amazing whole ingredients & fresh tasting! Good prices for quality ingredients!

Cool little place hidden in Medford Lakes. Nothing here is super cheap, but everything is really good. We love the açaí bowls and my son loves the smoothies. Love to support local businesses and this is a great one.
