Service was good. The waiter didn’t do anything wrong besides not listen.
Negatives: The sausage gravy feels like either diluted packet mix or it was made with mostly water. The biscuits were flavorless and dry. The omelet was not as advertised and had mozzarella instead of Monterey jack. The only one who was happy with their food was the one who had prepacked, frozen chicken tenders and French fries.
Positives: eggs were cooked correctly. Coffee was pretty good.
Definitely not worth the money spent.

This is our all-time favorite breakfast joint. It used to be called Butterfield’s and thankfully only the name changed. They have the BEST most fluffy and delicious pancakes I’ve ever had. I prefer these over Cracker Barrel by far!
Bacon is yummy, hash browns are perfect. Everything is so good.
The orange juice is amazing. The scramblers are always so yummy and the staff is phenomenal! I wish we had this restaurant in Michigan.
The kids choices are awesome too!

I have given this place tries as I like the vibe but not the food. Each time I have ordered well done scrambled eggs and bacon. Unfortunately each time my eggs were in a round circle and totally uncooked in the middle as you can see in picture. My bacon is never well done and hubby’s biscuit was super dried out. Yesterday our waiter never checked on us for a long time and did not rectify the situation. I do love their mugs and hot drinks! Sorry for bad picture but I had already put most of my breakfast in a box to take home to my dogs.

Service was ok, atmosphere is what you’d expect from a decently updated breakfast spot. Star is the food. Been many times and anything we order from the kitchen is always great. The menu has a good variety, some creative options and a lot of classics with the right amount of side options so that most can assemble the breakfast they want. This past time, I got biscuits and gravy, two eggs over easy, with hash browns. All of it was perfect. My daughter is a chicken tender connoisseur and rates Honey Jam’s as her second favorite. This place can get busy, but we did not have to wait for a party of 5; the dining room is large and there are many tables, though some can be rather close together.

Average food, even though sweet potatoe chorizo is good.
While we were being seated, table was not really ready. Menu were just hastily placed.
Berenice was very attentive.

Was really excited to have breakfast here but I must say the food was disappointing. I ordered an omelet and the onion in it was not cooked at all and was really fresh and crunchy. My omelet being cold only brought up more of what was not tasting good. I enjoyed the coffee and the loaded fries but that was the extent of it. Service was also slow and she forgot multiple things we asked for so we had to ask again. They were quick to sit us even though they were busy and the restaurant looked pretty clean. Some of the staff was hanging out by the hostess bar, not sure why they needed four hostesses while servers were running left and right to manage. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Average diner with typical breakfast items that would be sold in a diner. The pancakes are sweet and have a vanilla taste to them, which I would prefer if they didn’t. And they put powdered sugar on all orders. The Mexican food I would pass on. That’s not what this place does. It’s a breakfast place. If you stick with breakfast you’ll have a good meal. The waitress was overbooked and did not come back to the table. Often. A little expensive for what you get but expected.

A 20-minute wait on a Saturday at 11. By 11:45 their were plenty of tables available.
I had an omelet that was just ok. The cubed potatoes were fried, not fresh. The meat skillet was ok. We upgraded to the lemon blueberry pancakes. They were pretty good.
There are lots of other items on the menu to try.

Disappointing experience overall. For a breakfast priced around $15 per plate, the quality was far below reasonable expectations. Most of the food appeared to be prepackaged rather than freshly prepared, which was both surprising and disappointing at that price point.
The sausage gravy was extremely thin and tasted as though it had been made with water rather than milk, and the biscuits were bland, lacking even basic seasoning like salt. Flavor and care in preparation were noticeably absent.
Service issues compounded the problem. Multiple orders were incorrect, and most concerning, a clearly stated allergy request was ignored. That is not just an inconvenience but a serious safety issue that should be handled with much greater care.
Between the food quality, pricing, and service errors, this was not a positive experience, and I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

The restaurant actually had a decent roomy atmosphere but when the entire restaurant is basically empty, it takes that away. Perhaps it was after lunch hour.
My Crepes may have been ok if they weren’t Cold. I don’t know why or how they could have been “cold” when the place only had 2 tables, ours and another one finishing up. The hollandaise sauce was poor. The $6.95 Pumpkin Latte was a beautiful presentation but after the excess whip cream I was left with water downed coffee with barely a taste of any pumpkin.
This use to be a great restaurant, it’s been years since I’ve been in that neighborhood and I very won’t be looking to return.
