This is a quick service burger joint. No frills but it’s not needed. The classic bubba burger hits just right, and personally, adding cheese makes it the right level of crispy, greasy, and cheesy yum.
I really appreciated that both times I went (yes, this was a dinner, then a repeat for lunch the next day) they confirmed the toppings and that I was signed up for the unusual mix. To be clear, I generally hate onions. I went for it with this burger and I’m so glad I did!
The fries and onion rings were simple and classic.
Also, there always seems to be a line but don’t let that scare you off! They’re very fast!

I tried to ask for some water from one of the workers, since the water station was empty, and before I could say anything to them: “can’t you see the sign? We’re closed” I was almost done eating my food after only being there for ten minutes and it was 10 minutes before they were supposed to close anyways.

Really tasty burger and milkshake at a great price. Atmosphere was cool, giving off the original location vibes and having a wall of t shirts signed by famous people. Fun, family friendly, beach shack style burger house. The teriyaki burger was incredible and so was the Kauai burger! I’m surprised I liked the KB because I don’t typically like hot pineapple.

Teriyaki burger was very good! Onion rings were good but the fries were terrible. Also, they add a 3% charge if you pay by card so that deducts 1 star, that’s a big no for me!

Great food! Big burgers!You wait on yourself. Atmosphere is fine, if you like it warm and breezy and enjoy chickens and birds sharing the space. We did very much enjoy reading all of the bumper stickers and checking out the celebrities who have stopped by!
