The food was FRESH and Jeannette was Amazing!!!! My family and I have had a rough month. So our interactions with people in general have been limited. Jeannette brightened our day with her genuine happiness and kindness! It was a short and pleasant interaction but we will never forget it! I hope we can all follow suit and show that same kindness to others as we don’t know what a positive impact we can have. Thank you Jeannette and the team at Honey Dew!

Dear Honey dew team…
I would like to bring a sanitation concern to your attention. Please consider training employees to avoid touching the top or lid of customers’ coffee cups—the same lid that we put directly to our mouths.
I literally witnessed an employee handle cash, rub her nose and then proceed to place her hands all over the lid of my coffee before handing it to me, holding it by the lid. ( I immediately threw it in the trash) While everyone there is generally very nice, this practice is extremely unsanitary and concerning.
I hope this can be addressed to ensure proper hygiene and customer safety moving forward.

I stop here every morning to get my coffee, Is always hot And made the, What I really enjoy Is the fresh muffins they make on sight They are not delivered there by some factory Or warehouse, The girls are great and friendly And always treat with respect, Thank you again Sam-ta

I love this honey dew. I’m such a coffee snob and they are so much better than Dunkin or Starbucks or any other coffee shop in the area. This honey dew in my favorite. The food is always good quality and fresh and the staff is always so nice and friendly and always look hard at work. Great job Bellingham honey dew on Pulaski! Thank you guys!

These donuts are always on point. This location may be the very best Honey Dew out there. Milford is pretty good as well. They are what Dunkin once was back when ” it was time to make the donuts” . I just stopped at the one in Westborough yesterday and what a disappointment that place was.

Just wanna say thanks to the weekend girls for this burnt sandwich… I stop there everyday and during the week the girls are great but this weekend crew is no good… No one wants to eat a burnt sandwich.. Im very dissapointed right now

I used to love this location but recently they have some girl working the window who constantly upcharges $1.50 if you ask for a flavored drink. I have contacted their corporate office about this but no one will get back to me.
They also microwave their sandwich meats which doesn’t sit well with my stomach. There’s another one 2 towns over with an oven that cooks much better and they don’t overcharge me for my drinks.
I am tired of paying almost $5 for an iced tea, especially if I go there to use a coupon, I’m basically paying for the syrup. Will never go there again.

The women who work here in the mornings are amazing. They are extremely friendly and the line always moves quick. I really appreciate this honey dew for always getting my order correct and being friendly first thing in the morning. There is a different honey dew closer to my work but I always choose this one in Bellingham because of the great service

We ordered a bagel sandwich and it was served so burnt that the entire bagel was black and you could smell the burnt before taking it out of the bag. When I brought it in to show it to them and asked if they would eat the disgusting food they just served, there was not a single apology, the girl just took the sandwich and went to the worker who made it and both were laughing. Employees should not be serving food that is so burnt it’s not even edible and they definitely should not be laughing about their negligence and not apologizing. Terrible location with awful customer service, do not recommend!

It’s honey dew. But I’ll take it over Dunkin any day. Donuts, sandwiches and coffee are all pretty good. Service at this one is meh, as well as cleanliness. But gotta do what you gotta do. Best break spot in town
