I used to go daily but something changed, I think ownership or management, and now the quality a d consistency is much worse, you can order 2 of the same donuts and they will completely different. They used to have big cake-like donuts and now they are basically the same as Dunkin donuts.

If I could give less than one star I would. The food is as you would expect. Their latte machine doesn’t work. However, they didn’t bother to tell me until after charging me. Then refused to refund me. Then they served me an incorrect order. When I brought this to their attention I was scoffed at and my bag was thrown back across the counter at me. Behind the counter there were hairs, dirt and grime. I would not recommend coming here even if all you want is a coffee or a donut.

Awful service. We came here to get donuts for our kids. Some guy walked in behind us and in the middle of our order walked in front of us and gave his order. Employees stopped in the middle of helping us to help him instead. We already knew what we wanted and were listing off. Very rude experience. Also the coffee was gross. I ordered a salted caramel toffee latte and got a coffee with cream instead that wasn’t even that great.

My sister and I grabbed food from here before driving back home. We don’t have Honey Dew Donuts where we live, and now I think Dunkin’s bacon, egg, and cheese croissants will never be the same to me. These were SO much better! The large size of the cold brew was much larger than I anticipated, which is always welcome on a road trip. Also, where I’m from customers would have been so rude in a place that small forming a line. Everyone there was so polite and friendly. Overall a positive experience.

I’m visiting from upstate NY, any time I go on vacation I try to find places I wouldn’t have been before or places we don’t have. I found this online and read the reviews, decided yep I’ll go there. This was a mistake. I spent a while reviewing the menu, about 2 minutes (no one was behind me, now I know why). I asked a simple question of what the nitro was—we don’t have that in NY to my knowledge. The worker could not tell me but instead had to find the sign that describes it, okay cool, cold brew with nitrogen in it to bring out the flavors. I ask him how it tastes, he says he doesn’t know, instead hands me a tiny cup to try myself, okay, I guess that works. It tastes delicious. I order a large but with ice and two donuts. The electrician(who was supposed to be meeting the owner) then hands him the phone saying the owner needs to talk to him. For the rest of the interaction he was on the phone and my nitro coffee didn’t get the chance to have ice. So, the worker not being at all knowledgeable about the products and then not having customer service is why it’s 2 stars, it would have been 1, however the actual product is delicious. Yes, the donuts too.
